Oud en niet onderhouden pand.
Pros:

Er naast is de grote mall Tunjungan, welke prettig is voor winkelen en eten. De locatie is dus prima, ook vlakbij het Majihapit hotel. Maar het hotel is niks. Oude troep.

Cons:

Het pand is dramatisch verouderd en niet onderhouden. Zwembad en gym zijn deels kapot en vies. De muren binnen en buiten zijn gebarsten en jaren niet geverfd. De tapijten in de gangen zijn vies en verkleurd. De liften zijn ronduit gevaarlijk, met weigerende deuren.

Mooie centrale locatie met ruime kamer, maar met kleine haperingen zoals de kamersleutel.
Pros:

Prima ontbijtbuffet met heel veel keus.

Cons:

Vieze luchtjes in de badkamer en het uitzicht van onze kamer op een muur.

Lokasi sangat strategis, tapi hotel tua. Kebersihan bisa ditingkatkan.
Pros:

Lokasinya bagus sekali. Di tengah kota, untuk ke Tunjungan Plaza tinggal jalan sebentar. Kamar saya tenang, tidak berisik. Staf di front desk dan di luar sangat ramah.

Cons:

Rak di dekat lemari dan kulkas berdebu. Sepreinya agak kumuh dan ada noda-noda lama.

For what we wanted it was a great location, the rooms were comfortable and yes we would stay there again.
