When I asked about my booking, that time receptionist told me , you booked via booking.com. so you asked them. What kind of behaviour this is.
Location, very noisy room facing busy main road, not really as advertised.
Spacious room. Other than that there is nothing to appreciate.
there was no hot water. there was lizard in washroom. they served leftover food from dinner in breakfast, the pillow covers and bedsheets are not properly cleaned, construction noise from the adjacent site keeps bothering since 6 in the morning. staff tries to justify all the drawbacks instead of acknowledging them.
