Hotel con muchísimo encanto en pleno centro histórico. A pocos minutos caminando al parque de Santa Lucia.
El personal es muy amable.
El área del jardín y la piscina son perfectos.

Cons:

Justo nos tocó una habitación sin reformar, pero estuvimos muy agusto

Die Lage des Hotels im Ort ist sehr gut und das Personal war äußerst freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war weder amerikanisch noch interkontinental. Butter, Erdbeermarmelade, Toast und eine kaputter und extrem billiger Toaster und 2 Sorten Obst aufgeschnitten. Der Kaffee war auch nicht berauschend. Die Dekoration der Tische war staubig sowie die Ventilatoren die an den Tischen stand. Wir und auch andere Gäste mussten uns Besteck und Teller selber suchen beim Frühstück und das was wir gefunden haben war zum Teil schmutzig obwohl es im Schrank lag.

Parken kostet pro Tag 150 MXN - für Mérida schon sehr teuer.

Uns waren auch die Kissen zu weich im Bett.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito, hermosa arquitectura y la alberca es de buen tamaño, las habitaciones son amplias y con aire acondicionado. El hotel está cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero a distancia considerable si lo que quieres es descansar

Cons:

El único inconveniente es que el hotel está en expansión y todavía hay personal trabajando en las instalaciones, espero cuando regrese ya esté completamente terminado

Terrible experience. The hotel is still under construction, with workers, construction materials, and constant noise everywhere. We couldn’t even use the pool because there were so many workers around. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Please look for other options and avoid this hotel until construction is finished.

el hotel es hermoso, la alberca perfecta para mitigar el calor y la habitación muy cómoda, me encanta el estilo lleno de detalles de una casa antigua, el personal se esforzaba por atender y ofrecer lo mejor que se podía con lo que tenían.

Cons:

me tocó justo la remodelación de sus espacios, no tenían personal, lo contrataban en esos días, no tenían para ofrecer ni agua ni hielo, el desayuno incluido era muy básico e incluso estaba frío. finalmente el día que ingresamos solicité pasar al baño y el mismo olía muy mal, estaba sucio y no tenía ni papel, ni jabón, entiendo que las condiciones de remodelación son complicadas pero hay detalles mínimos que de deben cuidar

Pros:

Centrale ligging. Ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Kluisje beschikbaar. Heerlijke douche met krachtige straal. Mooie tuin.

Cons:

De WC stonk. Bijna geen water uit kraan bij wastafel. Geen stoelen op de kamer. Weinig ligbedden bij zwembad.

It was OK but I wouldn't stay there again due to smell in bathroom.
Pros:

Breakfast was the same each and everyday. The toast was hard and felt like it was made days ago.
