Pros:

V blízkosti dolní stanice lanovky, bus směr centrum d, market, pláže. Dobrá a bohatá snídaně, dobré jídlo v restauraci, milá obsluha. Super místo na poznávání Taorminy i okolí.

Die Nähe zu Strand und Seilbahn nach Taormina in je 3-5 min erreichbar.
Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ppl vorhanden, etwas eng.

Cons:

Mehr Wasserdruck wäre wünschbar.
Für uns war das Wetter zu heiss, da kann dss Hitel nichts dafür.

O pior hotel da viagem

Exceto a localização, o resto não gostei de nada.

Cons:

Pagamos 135€ pela diária mais 15€ de estacionamento, valor equivalente a hotéis de categoria superior, mas a experiência foi bem decepcionante.
O quarto fica no subterrâneo, e o acesso é péssimo: é preciso atravessar o meio do restaurante do hotel, passar ao lado da cozinha e descer vários lances de escada carregando as malas. No caminho, ainda pinga água do ar-condicionado de outro quarto, molhando quem passa. À noite, a escada fica escura e praticamente impossível de descer com segurança — tivemos que usar a lanterna do celular.
O quarto em si é minúsculo. Com duas malas médias, foi um sacrifício se locomover lá dentro. Não há suporte para malas, apenas uma mesinha lateral. A TV não funcionou durante toda a estadia, o sinal de internet era muito fraco, e as toalhas eram finas e ásperas. O quarto parecia limpo, mas as condições gerais deixavam muito a desejar.
Pelo valor cobrado, esperávamos um padrão bem melhor. Não recomendo, principalmente se você não estiver disposto a lidar com escadas escuras e um quarto de porão.

Pros:

The hotel isn't large; it's not a single building, but rather separate, smaller, and distinct structures at different heights, connected in some places by stairs and other passages. Private parking at the entrance is a big plus in this area. The funicular is 200 meters away, and there's also a bus to the city center. There's a veranda overlooking the sea. We spent an evening with friends on this veranda over a bottle of local wine. The location allowed us to walk to the sea via the 5-star Mazzarò Sea Palace hotel, which made the journey a pleasant shortcut. The breakfast was good. They had not only sweets, but also omelettes and bacon, olives, and tomatoes. The hotel has a relaxed, informal, and welcoming atmosphere.
Гостиничка не большая , это не единое здание, а отдельные небольшие не одинаковые здания , расположенные на разной высоте , соединенные где лестничкой, где переходом. Своя парковка на входе - большой плюс в этом районе. Фуникулер - 200 метров, там же автобус в центр. Есть веранда с видом на море. На этой веранде отеля мы провели вечер с друзьями за бутылочкой местного вина. Расположение позволяло проходить к морю ,через 5 звездочный отель Mazzarò Sea Palace и это приятно укорачивало путь. Неплохой завтрак. Есть не только сладкое, но и омлет и бекон , оливки, помидорки. В отеле царит атмосфера расслабленности и непринужденности и гостеприимства.

This doesn't apply to the hotel, but... Taormina's topography is generally complex. The coastal area features rocky shores, with buildings squeezed into small, flat patches of land. The roads are narrow, making it difficult for both cars and pedestrians to navigate. There's simply no room for sidewalks. You have to be mindful of the vehicles you share the road with. The hotel is small and seems family-run. There are some small nooks and crannies on the grounds where the staff apparently live. The grounds look tired and a bit neglected. Outdated tables and chairs are stacked on the terrace. Overall, it's acceptable. Ideal for a couple of days: a day at the sea, a day in the city center. The beach has large pebbles, making it difficult to access.
Это не относится к отелю, но ... Топография местности Таормины в целом - сложная . Отдых в Таормине - совсе не релакс. В прибрежной части- скалистые берега , строения , втиснутые в небольшие, плоские клочки земли. Узкие дороги и передвигаться сложно и машинам и пешеходам. Для тратуаров просто нет места. Передвигаться нужно с оглядкой на транспорт, с которым ты делишь дорогу. Гостиничка небольшая , похожа на семейную. На территории есть закутки, где видимо живут работники. Территория выглятит уже уставшей и несколько не ухоженной. На терассе складируется столы и стулья. В целом , не плохо. На пару дней : день на море , день в центре. Пляж крупногалечный- неудобный для входа. Если искать реласк - это Греция. Халикидики.Теплое море , песчаные пляжи, меньше людей,тишина и покой.
