Cons:

Nothing. It was so overpriced, we went in and there were 15 mosquitos in the room, the tv didn't work, the room was small and it was very below expectation. They then moved us to another room and the shower flooded. The next morning. The power went out and one of the workers needed to search through 100s of manual keys to let us back in our room. So disappointing and not worth the money.

Umfangreiches Frühstück, nicht nur wie meist in Italien üblich nur Kaffee und Croissant sondern frische Säfte, Wurst, Käse, Gemüse und Obst. Sehr nettes Personal!!!!

Quarto gigante (um apartamento na verdade) e muito bonito. Recém reformado.

Cons:

Barulho da rua e cortinas que não vedam a luz. O quarto fica muito claro quando o sol nasce.

Dobar hotel na odličnoj lokaciji u srcu Venecije. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, sobe elegantne i čiste. Posebno me oduševilo što su mi za rođendan tijekom doručka pripremili kolače kao iznenađenje. Mali detalj koji je uljepšao cijeli boravak. Svaka preporuka za Al Theatro Palace!

Personale veramente molto cordiale e scrupoloso. Pulizia della camera ottima.
Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata con particolare attenzione anche alle intolleranze alimentari.
Hotel super consigliato anche per la posizione a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco.

L'emplacement et l'accueil sont corrects, mais le confort global de la chambre gagnerait à être revu pour offrir

- Le personnel était accueillant
- Emplacement idéal

Cons:

Les points à améliorer :

• Il est impossible de régler le chauffage soi-même dans la chambre. Cela rend l'ajustement du confort thermique difficile selon les préférences personnelles.

• Le matelas était un peu trop dur à mon goût, ce qui ne m'a pas permis de passer une nuit totalement reposante.
