Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

the Spa was closed for the day and the staff didn't naturally offer an alternative or concession.

This was an issue for us as I specifically booked the hotel for the last day of our tour across Turkey so we could relax in the spa/pool.

Once we asked for assistance, the staff were helpful in suggesting nearby spas.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. We arrived earlier than expected. They let us in early and even upgraded our room!

They said they had a shuttle on the website, but when we called there was no shuttle.

Pros:

La camera era ben rifinita

Cons:
