Pros:

Location is great, staff is amazing all very proficient in English and upgraded me to a much larger room without extra charge. Breakfast is great, pool, rooftop and restaurant all great. Definitely a good value

Everything was absolutely amazing! This is the perfect hotel and the perfect place . It’s our first time in Vietnam, and we truly enjoyed everything to the fullest because everything was wonderful. From the staff to the incredible breakfast buffet — everything was delicious and very diverse. Thank you so much for such a warm and unforgettable experience 🤍

Super location across the road from the beach, easy access and cheap Grab taxis to get around if needed.
Pros:

Wonderful view and excellent breakfast and helpful staff

Cons:

It is a little noisy being so near the beach but ear plugs were supplied which we didn’t use.

Belles chambres, modernes. Emplacement exceptionnel. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Les travaux juste à côté. Un hôtel est en construction. Ils n’en sont qu'au début (les fondations) donc la nuisance sonore et visuelle risque de durer...
J’ai eu des difficultés à me procurer un chargeur car le mien ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Malgré l'intervention d’un technicien, je n’ai pas pu charger mon téléphone et le personnel ne pouvait pas me prêter de câble.

Good location, food and terrific hospitality!
Pros:

We especially liked the breakfast... superb spread of local and non local cuisine. And the fact that it's kept simple and nice that makes it all the more tempting especially for just a breakfast meal.
Shout out to a staff named Lily in the breakfast place... she went all the way out to make sure that we get our whole mango prepared just for our breakfast daily. That's called pure personal touch. And we really appreciate and will remember this kind gesture.

Cons:

Although the amenities and the facilities are all enough and all functional in the room, Still find that the layout and the interior designing of the room can be better thought out. A very simple example is the height of the sink in the washroom.
Another is the pillow segment, probably needs a change of new pillow sets.

The staff, particularly May, were amazing and very helpful and friendly. The room had the most amazing view of Da Nang Beach and was clean and relaxing. The Buffett was incredible and my children loved it.

Nothing fancy but excellent location.
Pros:

The view of the room is amazing, though we are only on 5th floor but the top floor is the swimming pool and bar so all guests can enjoy the view. Breakfast spread was pretty good, enough choices for my kids who are vegetarians. Bathroom is very generous in size and we like the toilet is separated from the shower area. It is literally right across from the beach and there are tons of restaurants and market within 2 mins walking distance.

Cons:

The room is a bit small for family of 4 but the separated bunk bed area is nice. The elevators are slow especially during breakfast hours. There was a construction site next door so it's pretty noisy and no privacy unless we close the washroom curtain.
