Horrendous
Pros:

Upon check the staff were not very friendly or approachable considering I wasn't staying leisure purposes I was attending wake / funeral following day. The bedroom was absolutely freezing , I turned heat up and went down stairs for coffee to find the bar was undergoing renovations which wasn't advertised or mentioned until this time. When I retuned to the room to freshen up and shower I hadn't a drop of warm / hot water. I reported this to reception to be asked did I want to check again if water was now warm. A member of staff followed to my room mins later to check and then moved me rooms once they where satisfied my water was actually cold. So no I was less than impressed and the breakfast wasn't great at all.

Pros:

Lokalita bola fajn, nebolo tam ani veľa hostí. Raňajky sme mali na výber buď studené z bufetu alebo teple na objednavku. Mne osobne chutilo a aj porcia bola viac než dostatočná. Izby príjemne zariadené. Podlahy trošku mäkké :-) ale nie som zvyknutý behať po kobercoch. Kľudne by som sa tam aj vrátil

Beaucoup de charme
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé au calme, à l'écart de la ville. Décorationtrès cosy, notamment celle du restaurant. Le personnel est agréable et la nourriture très bonne.
Le fonctionnement de l'ascenseur est très surprenant, heureusement que la jeune femme de la réception nous a montrés le mode d'emploi :-)

Cons:

L'hôtel semble manquer un peu d'entretien : une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain et les robinets du lavabo fuyaient.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e tranquilla, camere pulite, spaziose e con letti comodi.
E' presente un bistrot che ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.
Struttura fuori da Derry ma con ampio parcheggio disponibile.
Con i mezzi propri si raggiunge facilmente il centro città
