施設はとても充実していて、最高の滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

朝食は日本語表示があったり、わかりやすい説明があると助かります。
説明を受けましたが、少し理解ができないままで飲み物などのオーダーもどうして良いかわかりづらかったです。

Pros:

We booked the accommodation which includes Breakfast. The breakfast was good and had many options that you can order from the menu that they offer along with the items that are placed all over the dining area. The staff were really friendly and they were really welcoming and would encourage you various menu options. They remembered our choices and offered us straight after we went in, they knew my Kids favourites and bought them in as soon as we walked in.

A Serene escape in jimbaran- Truly impressive hospitality

We recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at the Royal Tulip Springhill Resort, Jimbaran, Bali, along with our teenage son, and it was truly a memorable experience.

The resort offers a peaceful and serene ambience, away from the crowded areas—perfect for those looking to unwind and escape the chaos. At the same time, it is conveniently located close to nearby beaches, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. There are also plenty of engaging activities within the resort itself.

A special mention to the wonderful reception team—Putri, Gektri, Ayu, and Jordan—who were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. We had an unexpected incident one night with a glass door in our room, and the team responded immediately. They arranged a room change for us that night and thoughtfully upgraded us to a family suite the next day as a complimentary gesture, which we truly appreciated.

The complimentary breakfast was healthy, delicious, and offered a great variety. The chef and service staff were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. The rooms and amenities were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed.

Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable stay, and we would absolutely love to visit again.
