Pros:

Our room was HOT, the thermostat said 77 degrees, so I turned the cool setting down left for 3 hours and came back, and it was still 76 degrees in the room.

Cons:

When I asked the front desk about it, I was told the maintenance people were not available and offered me a box fan, didn't even offer another room with working AC, WILL NOT stay at Hyatt again!

Staff was lovely and hotel was comfortable.
Pros:

Came for the WCWS. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. Gave us all the info we asked for. The beds were super comfortable. Clean hotel with a great location. Scooters available about 50 feet from hotel which was fun. Price was great and would definitely stay again.

Convenient, Clean and Accommodating Staff
Pros:

This hotel is located in the Bricktown area and it’s a very quaint trendy neighborhood with a cool vibe. There are lots of restaurants easily within walking distance.
The hotel is very fresh and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking is across the street or you can valet. Their app is very user-friendly to request your vehicle and park. The hotel is also close proximity to downtown and other activities within Oklahoma City.
Special shout out to Nachelle and AXA at the front desk. Maria & Mike in the bar & to the housekeeping staff.

Women's College World Series Hotel
Pros:

What a great location for a Hotel. Hyatt Place is in the heart of the Brick district and is walking distance to all the restaurants and clubs.

An excellent location for Bricktown
Pros:

We were there for the 2026 Softball College World Series. It is a very clean hotel with an excellent breakfast in the morning. Centrally located to Bricktown and a very walkable location for all that is there. My only issue was with the Gym within the Hotel. The cardio equipment needed to be fixed and serviced. Other Hyatts that I have been recently have had more equipment within and it made it better.

Nice, clean hotel!
Pros:

Very clean hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I even left something at the hotel and they went above and beyond to help package it up and send it back.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Loved it! Especially since the reason we traveled 4 hrs to OK City was a concert that suddenly got postponed 3 hrs before Doors opened. So we spent the time at the hotel with your wonderful staff. Lo and Morgan (valets), Exa (sp?) and Aquila at reception, and Maria at the bar....all so friendly and helpful! Room clean and comfortable. Will stay again!

Great Stay and Location
Pros:

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Bricktown for graduation weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything around OKC. The breakfast each morning was excellent and made the stay even better.

A very special thank you to front desk team members Axa and Aqueelah — they were absolutely outstanding throughout our entire stay. Both were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and taken care of during such an important celebration weekend. Their customer service truly stood out and made the experience memorable.

Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Oklahoma City, especially for special occasions!

Sammie was an awesome valet today! I’ve had some mean experiences with them and she has made me look at them differently from this day forward. She has a wonderful smile and you often don’t get that from valets in my experience! She’s awesome and she deserves to hear so! Even gave me some music recommendations. 10/10.
