Hyatt Place Oklahoma City Bricktown

Great location! Walking distance to all Bricktown area features. Free parking over by Skinny Slim’s Bar (nice lil spot).

Customer service was great at both the front desk and with valet parking experience (parking is a 3rd party, not Hyatt), and we appreciated the complimentary water in the lobby. Room air conditioning was definitely struggling with the heat and would not cool the room overnight until almost time to wake up. Breakfast was one of the worst at any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I travel a good bit. The eggs were incredibly dry and overcooked, sausage links were extremely soft (like they were boiled) and had a odd flavor, and everything we tried was barely warm. We only ate breakfast the first morning and went somewhere else the other days. The city sewage runs directly in front of the property and has a strong stench that is noticeable not only outside but also in the hotel lobby and our room. Our room was on the front side of the hotel, and we could really hear the traffic overnight on the street below. I'm a World of Hyatt member and appreciated the great redemption value on points at this property and would stay here again if that valuation continues, but otherwise we will look for a different hotel next time we visit OKC.

The stay was very seamless. The hotel is a great area for entertainment and easy to access.

Very nice hotel. I liked the modern vibe and the location was great, just a short walk to the canal. Room was clean with a separate living area with sofa bed.

Great location, everything was clean and modern.

They overbooked so instead of getting two queen beds like we reserved, we got a king bed and a couch. The room had mold on and around the air conditioning vent. It was within walking distance from Bricktown, but not so close that you were in the craziness of it all.

It was clean and the staff were really nice.

Staff was courteous and professional. We liked the location to be able to walk to bricktown restaurants and also downtown attractions. The rooms were nice.

We went to get a family member set up in college dorm so the location was perfect! The property very well maintained and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and friendly - valet service was very convenient. The rooms were beautiful and cozy.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel’s location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The staff was one of the highlights of our visit—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

There were a few downsides. The area outside the hotel had a pretty unpleasant smell, which wasn’t the best first impression. The elevators and hallways were also uncomfortably hot, and our room struggled to stay cool during the day, only really becoming comfortable after the sun went down.

Despite those issues, the great location and outstanding customer service made for an enjoyable stay.

We were traveling from Nebraska and an archery tournament back to Texas and this stop in Oklahoma City was very needed. The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so very helpful and caring, we had such a comfortable stay even though it was a very short one. The room was exactly the right size for the three of us. The service was wonderful. We look forward to staying again!

Our stay was just average, but there are no clear parking directions, and the breakfast serving area is too confined and was hot.

Hyatt Place Bricktown was an awesome property. Friendly service, rooms were immaculate. We were only there one night, but we would stay again next time we're in OKC. A very quiet and serene atmosphere. I got what I paid for and more. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options.

Good location, convenient to walk to Bricktown riverwalk. Nice breakfast with cold water and apples in the lobby. Nice rooms with extra nice showers.
