Al estar en medio de una platanera habia mucha tranquilidad, la piscina estaba bien, el jacuzzi cuando pedimos hora no habia nadie apuntado y podíamos haber ir en cualquier momento, los empleados muy amables, el mismo dia de hacer el check out no dejaron quedarnos en la piscina e instalaciones y nos dejaron unas toallas
La comida era un menú cerrado con 2 platos a elegir de primero y segundo, las bebidas super caras a 3.80€ un Nestea,

Bien placé, calme car en retrait de l’agitation touristique, très typique et très jolie bâtisse. Ce lieu nous plonge dans une belle atmosphère dépaysante. Le personnel est super, peu de chambre donc cela donne un effet cocooning.
La piscine été agréable et une vue sur les bananiers magnifique.
Bien placé pour visiter tout le nord de l’île !
Le repas du soir été un plus, bon, copieux et à un prix raisonnable !!
Parfois le manque de climatisation pour la nuit et les aboiements de chiens aux alentours un peu trop présent dans un cadre si calme normalement.
Das Gebäude, eine Hacienda aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, ist wundervoll restauriert, überall finden sich Sitzgelegenheiten mit Blick in die Bananenplantagen. Die Vergangenheit ist überall sicht- und spürbar, so viel architektonisches Können wünscht man sich häufig. Allein die Decken im Zimmer sind wunderbar gestaltet. Licht an jedem Bett, keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Das Bett ist sehr gut, man sollte in Betracht ziehen, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben mit Abendessen gebucht was uns die Fahrt nach Arucas erspart hat,obwohl wir mit Motorrollern unterwegs waren. Ein Riesenparkplatz sorgt für entspanntes ankommen. Mobiles Checkin beschleunigt erheblich, durchaus zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und ausreichend, wir haben hier die besten Brötchen von Gran Canaria bekommen!
Der Hauptgang des Abenessens hat leider nicht der Qualität der Unterkunft entsprochen. Uns ärgert immer wieder, wenn der WC-Sitz nicht ordentlich befestigt ist und ein Abfalleimer, in den auch das Klopapier entsorgt wird, nur im Badezimmer zu finden ist. Vielleicht Kleinigkeiten, aber deshalb keine 10 Punkte

El personal muy atento y amable.
Las instalaciones no estaban correctas, el gym con poca ventilación y pocas máquinas, el jacuzzi sucio, la piscina estaba algo descuidada, el entorno también descuidado, las plataneras que rodean la hacienda también abandonadas con basura por los alrededores y el desayuno todos los días lo mismo.
