Muy buen gimnasio.
Super lindo detalle una bandeja de alfajores antes del check out.

Cons:

Almorcé en el hotel con un colega que tiene intolerancia al gluten. Preguntó varias veces sobre las opciones del menú y entendió que podía comer.
Al término de la comida empezó a sentirse mal y tuvo que irse.
Aparentemente hubo algún problema de contaminación cruzada.
Varias personas del hotel se acercaron pedir
disculpas. Por suerte mi colega se recuperó.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, frente al shopping y a una cuadra de la Rambla, la amabilidad del personal es fenomenal. Habitaciones cómodas, nuevas y bien insonorizadas

I had a really great stay at Aloft Montevideo—honestly, it’s very close to a perfect 5-star experience for what it is. The location is a huge plus. Punta Carretas is one of the nicest areas in Montevideo, and everything felt safe, clean, and easy to get around. I loved being able to walk to restaurants, the mall, and even down toward the water.

The hotel has that modern, slightly playful Aloft style. It feels fresh and lively without being too much. My room was super clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The bed was great (slept really well), and the big windows made the space feel bright and open.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made a difference. Check-in was smooth, and anytime I needed something, they were quick to assist. It felt welcoming without being over-the-top formal.

If I had to nitpick to explain the 4.5 instead of a full 5: it’s not a luxury hotel, so don’t expect that level of detail or amenities. The gym is decent but basic, and some of the common areas can get a bit busy at times. Nothing major—just small things

Overall though, I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s stylish, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—great value for what you get.
