Cons:

Für 4 Personen waren nicht genug Decken vorhanden. Die WC Tür war kaputt und im Schlafzimmer war die Bad-Tür komplett durchsichtig.

Overall it was okay, but for a remote worker the WiFi situation ruined the experience.
Cons:

Very unstable WiFi. There was a router in the room, but it wasn't connected. So I guess the WiFi network was shared between many rooms. I asked the staff to do something about it, but they said there was nothing they could do.

Also, a lack of a proper table/chair combination to work on my laptop was pretty inconvenient.

Снимали студию. Большая и очень уютная) много шкафов, балкон, все очень чисто. Американское посольство через дорогу. Рядом мечеть, дворец независимости, президентский парк и очень вкусное кафе бум на первом этаже. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал) спасибо огромное

Was good value and suitable for our short visit to Astana
Pros:

Was great having a couple of convenience stores downstairs and cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Only had the one split system in living room to service entire apartment, central cooling system was not working.

Pros:

Отличное расположение - прямо в доме несколько ресторанов, кофеен, магазинов. Современные чистые номера. Отзывчивый персонал. Приятный кондиционер.

Cons:

Очень неудобная кровать: скрипучая, матрас проваливается. Очень неудобное управление светом, а прожектор с датчиком движения в коридоре - это просто атас, пришлось его закрывать тряпкой, чтобы не включался свет посреди ночи.
Неплохо бы помыть окна, а то красивый вид с 23го этажа через грязные, немытые окна ну такое.
