Hotel location is really good in case you visited Astana for US visa interview, US embassy just across the street, There are number of cafes around, In addition, a couple of small groceries offer their service inside the building, Pls pay attention that access to the hotel is not easy - you need to find G3 entrance in order to get in as the rest of the entrances are under digital locks,

В пертую очередь это не отель, это просто отдельные апартаменты в огромном здании. При наличии балкона курить нельзя. Воды вообще не ставят, халатов нет(

Pros:

Wir waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und bieten viel Platz. Auch die gute Lage hat uns sehr überzeugt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind leider nicht mehr im besten Zustand aber für eine kurze Zeit war das für uns völlig in Ordnung.

Pros:

Очень удачная локация: рядом с американским посольством, прекраснейшей мечетью. Вокруг отеля полно ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек. В номере есть все,что нужно для жизни. Не хватает комплиментарных чайных пакетиков, но есть магазины,где все можно купить. Вежливый персонал, помогли распечатать нужные документы, а также подсказывали сориентироваться на местности.

Cons:

Единственный минус - это ранним утром или ночью найти вход, когда заселяшься впервые. Но если следовать инструкции,то все нормально.

Für 4 Personen waren nicht genug Decken vorhanden. Die WC Tür war kaputt und im Schlafzimmer war die Bad-Tür komplett durchsichtig.

Overall it was okay, but for a remote worker the WiFi situation ruined the experience.
Cons:

Very unstable WiFi. There was a router in the room, but it wasn't connected. So I guess the WiFi network was shared between many rooms. I asked the staff to do something about it, but they said there was nothing they could do.

Also, a lack of a proper table/chair combination to work on my laptop was pretty inconvenient.
