Просторный номер, в 15 минутах пешком метро 🚊, в 3 минутах от здания посольство, много кофеен вокруг, есть кафе, все нео

Лучшее расположение для подачи на визу 10/10. Просторный номер, приветливый персонал на ресепшен, решили все вопросы, которые возникли.

Ottima soluzione per soggiorni in appartamento equipaggiato
Pros:

Equipaggiato di tutto come da da descrizione: lavatrice, microonde, asciugacapelli, forno, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata e per qualunque necessità, basta contattare la reception anche con Whatsapp e si risolve.
Solo la TV non funzionava, e quando ho chiesto, mi è stato detto che si poteva vedere solo Youtube, e nessun canale TV.

Cons:

Per entrare senza cambiare ascensore al piano della reception, serve una tessera che ho potuto avere solo dopo diversi giorni.

В жаркую погоду нужно тщательно следить за охлаждением апартаментов, так как люди приезжают за комфортом а не проводить

Не работал кондиционер, практически ночь не спали так как было очень жарко в номере. Узнав о неисправной системе, обратилась на ресепшен, но мне ничем не помогли. Сказали о том что не знали о поломке, но это обман. Когда мы зашли кондиционер работал на самый минимум и в апартаментах было все равно очень жарко.

Sehr gute Lage und große Zimmer/Apartment.

Cons:

Leider sehr viele Dinge defekt oder funktionieren nicht richtig. Wir mussten das Zimmer tauschen und auch dort war nicht alles gut, aber es ist okay.

This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. Housekeeping does not change the bed linens regularly, and you have to keep reminding the staff. If you don’t, they may simply forget about your room.

Another issue is that the hallways are very dark when you get off the elevator, which feels uncomfortable and unsafe.

The rooms are also poorly designed in terms of lighting. There are no bedside lamps or nightstands with lights near the beds, making it difficult to move around the room at night without turning on the main light.

There are many small issues like these that add up and significantly affect the overall experience. Because of these shortcomings, I don’t believe this hotel meets a 4-star standard. In my opinion, it is closer to a 2-star hotel.
