Food. Location and staff are all perfect. And Wibi the rest supervisor if im not mistaken. He was so helpful. We had a great experience stay and we definitely will come back

Near everything if you at central jakarta, bed was comfortable and nice view from my room during night.

This is an A Loft so the rating reflects the expectation. Truly superb customer service great location and decent rooms.

The location in Menteng was great .The bed was quite comfortable. There was a great service of 3 pieces of laundry washing included, which was great and the clothes came back great. The reception staff were friendly and the security was high. Big rooms.

I stayed here for one night during an unplanned business trip to visit some local factories and see Monas, which is conveniently close by. While the location is excellent for getting around Jakarta, the stay had several ups and downs.

The Service & Status:
Initially, I was quite disappointed. My Platinum membership was not recognized at check-in, and the welcome amenity was poor—essentially just dry snacks for children. As someone who is very health-conscious, this didn't meet my expectations for a Marriott property; while I understand this isn't a luxury tier, it isn't a "budget" price point either.

However, things improved after I spoke with the Guest Relations Manager. They listened to my feedback and sent over a much more appropriate amenity, which made me feel valued as a loyal guest.
Facilities:
• Breakfast: Average quality; it does the job but isn't a highlight.
• Pool: Quite disappointing. It feels more like a large jacuzzi than a proper swimming pool. It features glass barriers, whereas I personally prefer a conventional mosaic pool for a better swimming experience.
• Gym: Decent and functional for a hotel of this size.

Verdict: The location is the biggest selling point. If you are looking for good access to central Jakarta on a reasonable budget, it’s a solid choice, but don't expect a typical high-tier Marriott experience without speaking up.

Graet services given.. tje breakfast is served with mixed food..local n international. Hospitality was great, special thanks to attentive staff, killa for a superb services. Room as usual, clean, staff overall great with personalised greet.

I had a pleasant stay at Aloft Wahid Hasyim Jakarta. The room and facilities were comfortable enough and well-maintained, making it easy to relax throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the warm and genuine service from all the staff which created a very welcoming atmosphere.

A special mention goes to the restaurant team - Mbak Yossi, Mbak Nurul, and Mas Wibi who went above and beyond in taking care of us, especially me and my baby. Their kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtful service made a big difference and were deeply appreciated.

Thank you for such a memorable experience. I would definitely love to come back again.

Solid place to stay at and secure. Friendly staff, umm, I forgot the names but everyone at the breakfast place did great. Solid and big room. I'd stay here again.
