Most of the time I sleep in cheaper hotels but the last night in Indonesia I booked this one. I noticed it has a different type of guests. Guests who can afford a more expensive hotel I guess. No shouting in the hallways, no screaming children. It's quiet and comfortabel. Although not spotless it's clean. Service at breakfast is perfect. Location is a five minute walk from Sarinah shopping mall which has nice places ro eat.

Hotel location is close to MTR, a block away from Sabang night market, 2 bus stops away from Grand Jakarta Mall. Staff was super friendly. Front desk even helped me pay for the taxi because I was short of cash. My room had a good view of the city.

This Aloft property was nice and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel’s breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety. But what really sets this place apart is the staff — they are so warm and friendly. Even the gentlemen who checked us in the night before remembered me the next morning and was able to recall my room number when I had to make a request. Such attention to detail and guests. Definitely will stay here again on another trip to Jakarta!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, although slightly on the smaller side. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the local delicacies nasi Gudeg,like Malaysia nasi lemak, tasted so savory with the aromatic and fragrant Javaness rice.I was also impressed by the breakfast staff, who were very friendly and attentive.
They served me coffee upon I seated (not selfservice like others) Another outstanding performance in the breakfast buffet is the Indomee corner you called it Warmory. Another thing I still remember is the Warmory corner where the local instant noodles "Indomee" are prepared and served. I can tell you that only you can cook the noodles so delicious, is a kind of art that from a simple packet of instant noodles you can turn out so delicious and mouthwatering!

Another thoughtful touch was that guests were allowed to take away some leftover food, which I found very convenient and considerate.
The swimming pool was a bit small and not very attractive for my personal preference, as I usually prefer a larger outdoor pool for swimming and relaxation.
What truly made my stay enjoyable was the excellent service. The receptionists were extremely helpful and always ready to assist whenever I needed help. They also helped arrange taxis punctually and efficiently, which made traveling around very convenient.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with warm hospitality, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Food. Location and staff are all perfect. And Wibi the rest supervisor if im not mistaken. He was so helpful. We had a great experience stay and we definitely will come back

Near everything if you at central jakarta, bed was comfortable and nice view from my room during night.

This is an A Loft so the rating reflects the expectation. Truly superb customer service great location and decent rooms.
