Schöne Zimmer,Essen war auch gut.Tennis, Bogenschiessen ,Boot fahren sowie Schwimmen im Beetsee möglich.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage direkt am Beetzsee mit Parksauna und Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Boot fahren.

Cons:

Leider gab es diesmal Einschränkungen beim Saunieren. Die Aufgussanlage war defekt. Die Reparatur wurde umgehend beauftragt.

Starke Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer

Die Lage und das Personal sehr gut.

Cons:

In unseren Zimmer war eine hohe Geruchsbelästigun, die schwer auszuhalten war. Wir könnten während der Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes durch zeitmäßig hohe Einbindung in persönliche Termine keine Änderung an der Rezeption einfordern. Es roch stark nach Hund. Wenn desinfiziert wurde, dann hat das Desinfektionsmittel keine Gerüche vertrieben. Da die Zimmer immer stärker von Hundebesitzern genutzt werden, sollte das bei der Zimmervergabe berücksichtigt werden. Ich hatte längere Zeit vorher gebucht. Am Abreisetag an der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, es waren auch noch andere Zimmer frei. Das ist für mich nicht akzeptabel. Ich bitte um eine Rückinformatio, warum das passierte.

Voor ons goed verblijf voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt in een mooie landelijke omgeving mooi aan een meer. Ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd

Cons:

Sanitair in de kamer was gedateerd, veel kalkaanslag in toilet en douchecabine.

Gut aufgehoben
Pros:

Für einen Kurztrip, war es ein sehr angenehmer sowie stressfreier Aufenthalt. Egal ob Personal oder Urlauber, jeder hatte ein Lächeln und ein Grüßen auf bzw über die Lippen bekommen.

Cons:

Für mich gabs nichts zu bemängeln.

Idyllische Lage zum erholen
Pros:

IDYLLISCHE LAGE, ruhig und erholsam
Tennisplatz, Fahrräder zum Ausleihen, Bogenschießen , Billiard und Sauna zur Freizeitgestaltung vorhanden.
Massagen zusätzlich buchbar, waren sehr gut.
Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbüffet mit Getränke reichhaltig.
