The Hyatt House is wonderful! It’s in a great location near several restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay here. Senessie was very helpful!
Pleasantly surprised with Hyatt House on the Wharf - took advantage of the complimentary breakfast everyday I was there. Gym is great. Incredible views of the Washington Channel/Potomac. Also had access to some great running routes - not too far from the National Mall and the great monuments! Shoutout to Senessie for being a great receptionist and the lovely service
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms with a view
Location on waterfront was nice.
Paying for parking, it should be part of your stay
Toni was great! Nice pool clean and accommodating
Loved it. Great room and great location. Tons to do within walking distance.
AJ definitely made my solo trip worth it , even when i didnt feel like talking he still brightened my night
Clean, comfortable and pleasant staff. Felt very safe. Good security practice with the secure card access to use elevators and such.
Not enough bright lighting in the room when applying makeup in front of mirrors when getting ready for going out, nite life.
Charlie was very helpful, printed a long document for me.
Great location. Close to so many things! The noise level can be a lot on the weekends. I could still hear partying ( music, loud talking) at 1am from my room.
Noise after midnight
I always stay here it's beautifuland clean
The look of the rooms
AJ was the highlight of my stay. Very accommodating and personable. Enjoyed winding down at the bar each evening with a friendly face.
Visiting for family celebration. Great experience with AJ.
Location was excellent! Located right at The Wharf! A lot of different restaurants and locations visit. The amenities in the hotel met our needs. They have a full service bar, pool table, pool, complimentary breakfast, and laundry room. The room was clean and very spacious. The view from our suite was nice. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again! Special shoutout to Charlie and the staff! Phenomenal hospitality from everyone!!!!
