Breathtaking views in luxury
Pros:

This property is like something you see in the movies. The grounds are so well kept and vast. We particularly liked sitting in the cafe area, which has an outstanding view of the mountain scape. Breakfast was also quite elaborate and the staff were extremely accomodating. Our room was large in comparison to other hotel rooms and immaculately clean and tidy. We loved walking around the property and taking in all the scenery. The hotel is about a 15 min walk downhill into town which is a nice quiet refuge.

Pros:

Le Petit déjeuner était excellent avec un très large choix de spécialité vietnamienne mais pas que.
La chambre était très spacieuse, très bien équipée et silencieuse. Le lit était ultra confortable. Tout le personnel était au petit soin et très stmpatique.
L’emplacement était bien mais un peu éloigné du centre mais l’hôtel met à disposition gratuitement un service de navette aller retour.

깨끗한 시설과 룸컨디션도 엄청좋았고 잘 가꿔진 정원도 좋아다

체크인할때 데스크에 아가씨가 우리에게 더블침대를 얘기하길래 우리는 싱글베드 투인을 예약했다하니까 자꾸 더블침대에 이불도 2개 줄테니 더블침대로 가라해서 우리 예약 내역을 보여줬는데도 자꾸 더블로얘기해서 싫다고하니 아가씨가 무전기로 누군가에게 지시를하는데 큰소리로 얼굴도 찡그리면서 얘기하는데 너무너무 화가났다
우리가 자기 지시한대로 더블로 가야하는데 예약한대로 싱글을 달라하니까 화가 많이 났나보다
데스크에 서있는 내내 불쾌하고 짜증이났다
호텔이 아무리 좋으면 뭐하나 손님을 위한 호텔이 아닌 직원 맘대로하는 호텔은 어느 누구에게도 절대 추천하고싶지않다
다시는 가고싶지않은 호텔이다

Everything was spot on in this incredible hotel. One of the best breakfasts we had, a giant and beautiful pool, great rooms and beautiful location. The staff were very helpful and kind, especially LaLa - she helped us A LOT. Highly recommended

Spectacular Sapa stay
Pros:

Everything was fantastic- the welcome for our one night stay was lovely- front desk manager is so nice. We got a
Room upgrade too for which we thank them. The property itself and the facilities are 5 star. Great food, great spa, beautiful gardens.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike - just wish we had stayed longer!

A fabulous hotel in a stunning location
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel! We loved every minute of our stay here even though it rained and the view was shrouded in midst for part of the time. Our room was great with two levels - a sitting room upstairs and bedroom downstairs with a very large and comfortable bed. A walk in wardrobe and a really nice bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. The gardens are superb and the facilities excellent with two really good restaurants, a spa and a swimming pool. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay really special, even arranging a complimentary cake to be delivered to our room for our anniversary. An excellent buffet breakfast set us up for the day and the free hotel shuttle bus was great for going into town. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Can't think of anything. I didn't like the tiramisù.

The most perfect Sapa stay
Pros:

The staff were so kind and attentive. The facilities were stunning and so well kept. The breakfast was not excessive but had excellent choice. Out of the centre but transport provided.
