Pros:

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has amazing views of the mountains. The food was really good, and every meal was something we looked forward to. Most of all the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They really made our stay extra special.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing major. The only downside was having to leave. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a great experience from check-in to check-out.

Spoil yourself in Sapa!
Pros:

This is a great hotel! It is situated above the town, so you'd really need a taxi if you want to go to the town centre at the end of a long day. The food in the restaurant was really very good. Rooms were large and clean, with very nice views. Recommended!

Lovely ambiance, incredible breakfasts, very helpful staff
Pros:

Spent a fantastic time here recently for a 2 week writing retreat and catching up with friends in the area. The hotel is really top notch- the staff are extremely professional and onto it (shout out to Daniel at the front desk who helped me with different random requests that they wouldn't usually get!), the breakfasts are mind-blowing (hats off to Steve Tan the GM who is on the floor nearly every morning and extremely cheerful and enthusiastic, and makes fantastic crepes). From fresh beetroot juice, to wacky pickled local roots to try, to really delicious cakes, seriously impressive variety. The rooms are really well maintained, and the gym is extremely well equipped. Nice pool and evening dining options. The staff are all pleasant and friendly, and the gardens are beautiful. It's a really wonderful place to retreat to, esp. when Sapa downtown can get a bit overwhelming on the weekends. I'll be back! :)

Pros:

Our stay at Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa was absolutely incredible. The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and beautifully designed grounds. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were outstanding, especially the pool and spa, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety with delicious food. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the service, facilities, and overall experience were exceptional.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding facilities, room and service.
Pros:

Liked everything. Staff were fantastic. Room was great with a lovely deck and view. Restaurant was great. Not to expensive. Breakfast selection was amazing.

Cons:

Maybe if the pool was more open and the glass windows could be moved to the sides to allow fresh air.

We might return to Vietnam just for a stay here!
Pros:

Everything was just perfect!!! The property is huge and well maintained with lots of greenery. It is well-situated with lovely views over the valley. Our room was spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Quite luxurious too. We really liked the local touches in the decor with the Hmong weaves.

The best part about the hotel would be the breakfast buffet. So much variety with lots of options for all kinds of dietary restrictions. The restaurant manager, Steve, was so hospitable and went above and beyond to cater to our requirements and got us specially prepared Jain food, even adapting local dishes so we could taste them.

The staff at the spa and at the reception were great too. They gave us a lot of good info, which helped us plan our activities much better.

Best hotel in all of Sa Pa, no doubt :D

Cons:

The rug in the room looked like it could be cleaned more often, but maybe it was just stains that wouldn't go away.

Weekend in Sapa.
Pros:

We spent a weekend at the hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms are large with all the regular amenities. The shower is excellent. The bed was large and comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast had a large selection of food. The SPA was a lovely experience and highly recommended ( and not expensive). The WiFi service was excellent throughout the hotel.
Overall an excellent experience that I highly recommend.
