Cons:

Just one thing. We came back from Fansipan and asked if we can have our complimentary afternoon tea,time was 5.10pm. They said no,as afternoon tea is till 5pm. Just 10 min.
In general still some things to improve in customer service

facilities such as the spa pool and throughout the hotel are maintained to a high standard.
Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Stunning big room with marvels landscap from room and balcony, excellent shower.
In short, a hotel managed to a very high standard.

C'est la 1ere fois que je vois un hôtel aussi strict INTERDIT de manger dans la chambre ni de boire de l'alcool sous peine d'une amende. C'était mon anniversaire on était en famille on a déplacé une chaise du balcon dans la chaise un SMS de rappel à l'ordre INTERDIT de déplacé les meubles ca abime le sol 😡 n'importe quoi 1ere et dernière fois
