Calm and luxury stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay at Silk Path! We had a lovely time here — the staff were incredibly attentive and kind from check-in to check-out, and the whole team went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and the location great for exploring the city but having some quiet at the same time. Highly recommended, we'd happily come back!

Amazing resort, would got back again
Pros:

It is a beautiful resort, the gardens and flowers are really nice, including the view. Personal is very friendly, especially the manager who also cooks your breakfast every morning.

Cons:

It is not possible to order food online and have it deliver. We did that and the reception would not allow it. We did not know about this upfront so paid and it did not got delivered.

מלון מהמם ומיוחד, עם שירות יוצא דופן!

מלון מהמם, מטופח ונקי. מחשבה עד הפרטים הקטנים, הכל מעוצב בטוב טעם. חדר גדול ומרווח, מיטה ענקית ונוחה. אהבנו הכל. אבל מה שהכי עשה לנו את חווית השירות למצויינת היא ג׳ולי מהקבלה. אישה מדהימה עם תודעת שירות שטרם נתקלתי בשום מקום בעולם. ביקשנו ממנה עזרה במסלול ובנסיעות והיא פשוט יצאה מגדרה לסייע לנו ולבדוק שהכל עובד כמו שצריך לשביעות רצוננו. אז פשוט תודה ג׳ולי!!!
