The rooms are beautiful and a great size! The European restaurant was a great place to eat and the hotel breakfast was stunning! Lovely reception staff, so helpful! Great pool too!

Pros:

Great and helpful staff.
The spa facilities are amazing we really enjoyed it.
We loved the buffet.
Location is 10mins walk to the town, there is a free shuttle to the town as well which is great.

Cons:

The property is up hill track from the Sapa town. Okay view of the valley but not great.

Perfect luxury hotel for some chill time in sapa
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Out of this world experience. The decor, the staff, the location, the food- everything was perfect. The hotel is great if you have dietary requirements as the chef makes bespoke food and recommends other restaurants to eat at that cater to your needs.

Nothing! Wish we stayed longer

Pros:

Good location, great amenities, room were comfortable. Swimming pool was excellent, staff were very helpful and both restaurants were excellent.

Nice gym, some of the equipment could use some TLC and make sure staff knows how to run them

말이 필요 없을 정도로 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류가 너무 많고 다 맛있었습니다. 실내수영장은 판시판 뷰를 보며 수영할 수 있었어요. 객실은 어메니티도 많고 침대가 잠을 자기에 너무 편했습니다. TV는 한국 채널이 나오기도 했습니다. 다리미, 저울, 금고까지 있어 더욱 도움이 많이 됐네요.

가장 중요한 것, 호텔 직원들은 또한 말로 설명할 수 없을 정도로 친절했고 일을 너무 잘하더라고요. 다음에 사파를 온다면 꼭 다시 실크패스로 예약할거에요.

Beautiful hotel in Sapa
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and well maintained , has excellent views of Sapa mountains, and very comfortable rooms. The stuff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We had a wifi issue in our room (due to a storm the night before) which the stuff fixed in reasonable time.
The hotel is located at a hill top above Sapa center, so the popular way to get to the center and back is by using the hotel shuttle (hourly), which you need to reserve ahead of time.
