Şato Design Hotel

Our stay at Sato Design Hotel was truly wonderful from beginning to end. It is one of those special places where you immediately feel that genuine care has gone into absolutely everything.
A very special thank you to Hüseyin and Zehra, who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention was personal and sincere rather than simply “hotel service.”
They also made our experience of Çeşme so much better with their excellent local recommendations. From suggesting wonderful restaurants to helping us experience the local market and discover places we might otherwise have missed, their advice added so much to our holiday. They even helped organise our airport transfer, making everything easy and stress-free from beginning to end.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The design is stylish, elegant and full of character, with every little detail thoughtfully considered. Everything was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere you look.
The private beach was another highlight. Having such a peaceful and intimate place to enjoy the sea away from the crowds made the stay feel particularly special. The location is also perfect — quiet and relaxing, yet very close to Çeşme, the marina, restaurants and everything you might want to explore.
What really makes Sato Design Hotel stand out, however, is the combination of beautiful surroundings and truly exceptional hospitality. A beautifully designed hotel can impress you, but it is the people who make you remember a place — and Hüseyin and Zehra certainly did that for us.
We left feeling that we had experienced much more than just a hotel stay. Thank you, Hüseyin and Zehra, for your kindness, your recommendations, your care and for making our time in Çeşme so special.

The staff, location and the view

What a little gem of a hotel! When we first arrived we were greeted by the manager of the hotel, Mr Hussein and the entire process was smooth and seamless. The apartment had an unobstructed view of the sea and I watched the most glorious sunsets from the sofa with the sky turning from gold to salmon to an inky purple. The service was exceptional - we recieved a welcome coffee and a sweet treat but what we did not expect was that this was a daily feature - a refreshing lemonade with generous bowl of super sweet melon or coffee and cake. It made is feel like beloved guests at someone's home. A special bonus was the fantastic music - we could always hear jazz softly playing in the background somewhere in the building, a little Coltrane, sometimes Chet Baker, probably all down to the amazing Mr Hussein I think!

The room was well appointed and had everything you could possibly need and if you didnt have something, they would find it for you. Our room did not have a washing machine but we had our items laundered and returned overnight! The restaurant recommendations were a lovely touch - we went back to Tokman Hassan 2 nights in a row because we loved the food. After having been hit with tourist pricing at restaurants on our entire holiday, having these recommemdations made it feel like we had a local friend with us, telling us what to eat.

The hotel is built on an incline (which explains the unobstructed beautiful views!) It was perfectly fine for us (actually quite helpful after the massive dinners at Tokman Hassan!) But be aware that you may need to drive into the town if your fitness isn't what it should be. I went walking every morning and loved it.

Private beach and nice room

Sato Hotel’de konaklamamdan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım; her şey çok güzeldi. Otel sahibinin tasarımı (design) harika—mekânın her detayını özenle düşünmüş. Özellikle odalardan denizli manzara çok etkileyiciydi.

Ayrıca Hüseyin Bey’in, cok nadir bir şekilde*yardımseverliği ve ilgisi bizi çok rahat ettirdi. Her konuda hızlı ve nazik şekilde destek oldu.

Kısacası gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim; manzara, konfor ve misafirperverlik gerçekten birleşmiş.

I had a wonderful stay at Şato Design Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional and the host was genuinely one of the best I have ever had. He was always available, very kind and helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.
The accommodation was very clean, beautifully designed and located in a peaceful and relaxing setting with lovely views. I especially enjoyed having the sea so close to the property. The water can feel a little cool at first, but it is clean and wonderfully refreshing, especially on hot summer days.
It is a beautiful place to slow down, relax and enjoy some peace away from the crowds. I also think it is an especially lovely choice for couples looking for a quiet and romantic stay by the sea.
I felt very comfortable here and truly enjoyed my stay.

It was easy to find and park. The rooms were uniquely styled, comfortable and clean.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beach is close with private sun beds and cafe nearby for drinks and snacks.

Het uitzicht is fenomenaal!!! Ook was het personeel heel gastvrij en kregen we een warm onthaal.

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht auf das Meer war atemberaubend.
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren außerordentlich herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Jeden Tag gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit aus der Küche. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Nachdem wir einige öffentliche Strände besucht hatten, wussten wir die Ruhe und das klare Wasser am Hotelstrand um so mehr zu schätzen.
Wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns beim gesamten Team für den schönen Aufenthalt.
