Pros:

Little thoughtful amenities, free shuttle and fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff service was impeccable and the little nibbles at reception sourced locally is so thoughtful and interesting

Pros:

Very happy with our stay at QT Hotel! The service was truly excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Every evening, we received a lovely little surprise from the hotel, which made our stay feel extra special. The room was always very clean and well maintained, with housekeeping provided multiple times throughout the day.

The attention to detail and thoughtful service really made a difference. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back again!

We stayed at the QT in Queenstown 3 times during our visit to New Zealand and it was a great choice.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. There was always someone on hand to help us with our bags and our various enquiries.

Cons:

Unfortunately, they were in the middle of some renovations so sleeping in wasn't an option in the front rooms but the view of the lake from the picture windows more than made up for it.

Amazing location
Pros:

The location and view is magnificent. The staff were also very friendly and in the most part helpful. Very modern and the little touches made it special.

Cons:

There was construction affecting the view and minor noise levels. There was nowhere in the rooms to open bags other than the floor. The sound proofing is very substandard.

Very Cozy Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Staff were professional, helpful, and polite. The hotel is situated near all of the restaurants and shops. Everything is in walking distance, but still feels quiet. I really enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommend!

Fantastic staff, great area, evening turndown was so good

Cons:

No fitness centre in a 5 star hotel. Window was defective in my room so noise from the road was disruptive

Amazing experience and can't wait to return!!
Pros:

- Staff are all so friendly, energetic and assistant!
- Surprise gifts in the evenings throughout the stay
- Free shuttle services taking travellers to the CBD, airport and even elsewhere
- When an issue is raised, the staff were able to find a solution swiftly and even gave me a call before I returned to the hotel

Cons:

We noted the mattress had a dent on one side on day 1, which wasn't very pleasant, but the staff was able to swap it in a short time while we were out on day 2 :)
