Overall clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Confusing instructions between hotel and staff. Shower has low water pressure. Mixer was not functioning properly, resulting in sudden cold water in middle of shower (and that's during winter)!. Hotel is under renovation which can result in noises.

Staff are definitely the highlight with everything else being an excellent bonus!
Pros:

We travelled to Queenstown for our engagement and right from the get-go the staff were so helpful and sweet and went above and beyond to make this weekend the most special weekend. They were so helpful in arranging anything we needed!

The rooms were cleaned everytime we left the hotel, everything in the hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar/resturant were excellent and the overall vibe of QT in Queenstown was perfect.

However, the staff are definitely what sold the stay for us and made this a perfect weekend - massive thank you. We will definitely be back :)

A splendid indulgent experience that made me extend my stay in Queenstown
Pros:

Amazing location, large comfortable and beautifully enervated bedrooms, generous beds and lots of unexpected lovely surprises: complimentary morning pastries, wine & cheese tastings in the afternoon, whiskey & chocolate after 9pm. We came back one afternoon to find a dark chocolate bar and a bottle of creamy milk for us to make hot chocolate in the milk foamer. How incredible is that?

The shampoos, conditioners, bath gels and body lotion also smelled really good. In room sound system and selection of coffee and tea also exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

I wish the website had been updated to mention the all day bar and food menu on the 6th floor with stunning views (only its breakfast was mentioned), it also didn’t mention the complimentary gym passes at a nearby fitness centre for guests

Excellent stay and very quiet room
Nice little touches throughout our stay - hot chocolate brought to our room, wine tasting and cheese/ chocolates and whisky at reception, and the pillow spray provided.

This was the perfect place to stay it was exceptional!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

We liked everything about our stay, the staff are so friendly and helpful, a special thanks to the staff in the reception area they were so good at what they do, on arriving each day we were greeted with a big smile and asked how our day was.
Having complimentary juice and pastries in the morning, wine and cheese in the afternoon and whisky in the evening also adding to the experience of making this a place to comeback to.
Also being close to town to walk if you wanted, and another bonus was the complimentary shuttle service if needed.
Each evening we came back to a special treat in our room and a kind note wishing that we had a great day, each day this special treat was different too......what a great place to stay.......for us it is a definite 5 stars.
This place is absolutely awesome!!!!!!
