Cons:

The room is not what I expected. The room isn't soundproof. They provide smoking area in the living area which is smelling. So many India people and so noisy.

My cup of tea! Everything was according to my liking and I loved it ❤️

Clean, spacious and welcoming!

Cons:

My room was at the Ground level but I need to go to the 2nd level to iron my clothes. I really hope that the property put the iron at every level for an easy access. Just a suggestion for the Ground level guests, maybe let the guest collect the iron from the counter, iron their clothes and return it? 🥹

A cozy place to stay again, close to Dataran Pahlawan and within walking distance.

Cons:

There was a rather loud noise coming from the water piping system, which caused significant discomfort while trying to sleep. In addition, I have a young child with me.

I raised this issue with the receptionist and was informed that it is a common occurrence. However, I believe it should be given proper attention, as the noise only stopped at around 2:00 a.m. and started again as early as 5:00 a.m.

The disturbance affected our ability to rest comfortably, and I hope the matter can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
