Ótima opção de hospedagem em Gramado !!!
Pros:

Hotel aconchegante, limpo, confortável e com uma localização ímpar. Durante os 4 dias que estivemos hospedados todos os funcionários foram extremamente solícitos, em especial os recepcionistas que guardavam e entregavam o carro. Ótima opção de hospedagem em Gramado.

Cons:

As fotos da piscina e banheiras no site passam a impressão de um local maior do que é, e ainda encontramos uma parte em reforma (com uma lona cobrindo as obras).

Cons:

A cozinha pode melhorar. A qualidade é muito boa, mas faltam mais opcões no café da manhã, falta agilidade no fornecimento do café e do leite e no preparo e limpeza das mesas do café. A porção de risoto servida no almoço e na janta é muito pequena, apesar de saborosa.

A localização foi o ponto alto do hotel. Super central e fizemos tudo a pé. Considerando que estacionamento em Gramado é muito concorrido a localização fez toda a diferença. Destaque também para os funcionários, simpáticos e muito bem treinados

Funcionários fizeram uma confusão com as minhas reservas e ficaram me ligando incansavelmente para que desocupássemos o quarto pois havia outra reserva, sendo que a minha era até o dia seguinte! Foi lamentável a acabamos antecipando a volta! Solicitei reembolso e nunca tive resposta do hotel.
