Hotel bom, mas abordagem para venda de multipropriedade foi péssima.
Pros:

A localização é ótima. Pode fazer tudo a pé. O quarto era muito bom também.

Cons:

Fomos abordados por funcionário do hotel, na entrada para o elevador, que tentou a todo custo nos levar para uma reunião de venda de multipropriedade, sob a justificativa de que seria so meia hora, bem como, geraria um voucher para jantar ou desconto em loja. A pessoa foi muito inconveniente, pressionando para assinarmos um documento e ir na reunião. Explicamos que já tínhamos programa para a noite e nossa estadia seria somente de um dia, mas a pessoa continuou falando incessantemente, tomando o pouco de tempo livre que tínhamos. Essa conduta nos fez decidir a nao nos hospedarmos mais em hotéis da rede, para nao ser alvo de tal situação novamente.

Excelente escolha
Pros:

Gostei bastante do tamanho do quarto, do chuveiro que era muito bom, a disponibilidade de shampoo, condicionar e sabonete líquido através de dispenser, do espaço para malas. A localização é ótima, próximo aos pontos mais importantes da cidade de Canela e muito próximo a Gramado, a locomoção é fácil e barata.
Adorei o fato do hotel disponibilizar chá, café, uma pequena cozinha com micro-ondas, chaleira elétrica e bebedouro. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O fato do hotel ter um restaurante também facilitou bastante.

Cons:

Achei o quarto um pouco escuro, apesar das luzes e a cama não é muito confortável, mas nada que desabone o hotel que tem um ótimo custo-benefício.
