Cons:

Pequeno para três pessoas, quarto muito apertado e banheiro pequeno e sem ventilação que umidecia tudo durante o banho. Café da manhã razoável, faltou um omelete ou tapioca para quem não consome glúten.

Pros:

Localização excelente, quarto grande, camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com diversas opções de pães, bolos, salgados, sucos e frutas.

Excelente custo-benefício
Pros:

Adorei o tamanho do quarto, a disponibilidade dos funcionários para resolver situações, o chá que sempre estava a disposição no saguão do hotel, o fato de ter um espaço disponível para hóspedes com micro-ondas, chaleira elétrica e bebedouro com água gelada, a localização que é ótima, o preço que foi muito justo (me hospedei fora de temporada), ter um ótimo restaurante.

Cons:

Apesar do quarto ser espaçoso, as camas não são muito confortáveis. Achei que o café da manhã não fez jus ao padrão do hotel e de Canela, os bolos eram secos, não tinha um pãozinho fresco, apesar de oferecerem muitos itens, não tinha nada parecido com caseiro ou colonial. Daria uma nota 7 para o café, o que destoa da nota dos outros quesitos do hotel que é ótimo.
