Pros:

Excelente localização e boas instalações, tudo limpo, cheiroso e organizado

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã fraco, poucas opções de café.
Em geral achei inferior a outras experiências, inclusive na rede Laghetto.

Pros:

Eu amei tudo, desde a recepcao ate a nossa hospedagem. Lugar proximo a tudo, um valor Acesso e localizado no centro de Canela

Ótimo custo/benefício.
Pros:

Bom café da manhã, localização muito boa em Canela, quarto limpo, confortável, ótimo custo benefício. Mesmo estando cheio, não comprometeu em nada a estadia.

Cons:

A única parte ruim são os funcionários da incorporadora utilizando marketing agressivo para coagir os hóspedes a particiar dos eventos de vendas dos apartamentos ou hoteis em troca de vouchers. Esse tipo de prática me incomoda demais.

Pros:

O preço da estadia é bastante convidativo.
O hotel fica a uma quadra da igreja de pedra de Canela. Muito bem localizado para deixar o carro na garagem e alcançar o comércio, restaurantes e cafeterias à pé.
O quarto tem um bom tamanho mas o banheiro é bastante pequeno.

Cons:

As toalhas de banho são finas demais e estão um pouco duras.
O café da manhã tem diversos itens mas falta qualidade e tb achei falta de produtos para quem tem intolerância a gluten.

Da localização!! Perfeita para caminhar no centro de Canela !!

Cons:

Fiz uma reserva de uma acomodação e fui indevidamente enviado para outro que não era o que tinha reservado!! Este tipo de situação não pode acontecer!!
