Não gostei da recepção na chegada, pois fiz a reserva para 8 pessoas sendo 4 crianças e 4 adultos e na chegada tive pagar o total dos dias que ficamos para meu filho de 13 anos, sendo que na plataforma o padrão para crianças é de 0 a 17, fiquei extremamente 😡 chateada, mais nao houve acordo mesmo eu apresentando os códigos de reserva.

Eu adoro o hotel Laghetto Vivace, já fiquei hospedada 5 vezes e retornarei em breve. Adoro tudo, desde a recepção que tem um atendimento nota 10, café da manhã excelente, quartos confortáveis e bem espaçosos, roupas de cama impecáveis; Bem no centro de Canela, você pode fazer tudo a pé para aproveitar bem a Cidade! enfim, sou um pouco suspeita em falar, pois adoro este hotel.

Da localização é ponto chave da hospedagem, fica super localizado. Perto do melhores pontos turísticos de canela !

Tenho alguns pontos para deixar minha opinião de uma forma negativa, primero é vários a gente dentro do hotel vendendo cotas para futuros multi propriedade. Todos o dias na saída do café da manhã isso é muito irritante. Segundo ponto é a cobrança para deixar o veículo no hotel, tem paga e quando você chegar e não vaga nos estacionamento do hotel tem mais hóspedes do que vaga... você paga pela vaga e fica sem vaga, coloquei o carro de frente do hotel é supermercado.

Banheiro com marcas de reparo recente (buraco no teto fechado com massa), com mofo. Garagem cobrada a parte e quando chegamos a noite não haviam vagas disponíveis. Não é um hotel barato e de uma rede conceituada. Espera-se um pouco mais de cuidado.
