Wunderschönes Hotel mit Top Lage aber mit dem Potenzial noch besser zu werden.
Pros:

Wunderschöne Zimmer. Alles ist schlicht gehalten aber sehr modern und komfortabel. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war sehr gut! Pluspunkt: Wir hatten den Blick auf den Rhein.
Auch die Lage war dementsprechend top. Nur kurz über die Straße und man kann wunderbar an den Rhein und nur circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist in der Stadt.
Chek-In und Check-Out sind digital ausgelegt. Für uns kein Problem und somit waren wir innerhalb von 5 Minuten auf dem Zimmer und beim Check-Out musste man dann nur noch die Schlüsselkarte in eine Box legen. Sehr sehr gutes System wenn man digital kein Probleme hat.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit und Kommunikation des Personals war nicht sonderlich gut. Man hat durch die Digitalisierung nun kaum noch Kontakt, aber bei Fragen bezüglich der Parksituation wurde nur kurz und eher gleichgültig mit uns gesprochen. Hinzu kam die Reinigung des Parkhauses, wo im Normalfall kostenfreie Parkplätze zu Verfügung stehen. Somit wurden wir, eher unfreundlich und suf mehrfachem Nachfragen ob es ok sei, auf die privaten Parkplätze des Sportparks verwiesen. Wir hoffen nun das es keine finanziellen Konsequenzen gibt.

Sehr schön direkt am Rhein gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, schön sauber und mit sehr bequemen Betten. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Das Hey Lou Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein und daher perfekt gür undere Rheinwanderung.
Super, dass hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal bis 22 Uhr uns unbegabten Self-Checker zur Seite stand. 😉
Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
Zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer und feines Frühstück.
Auch die ausführliche KI-Kommunikation vor der Ankunft per WhatsApp war sehr hilfreich und humorvoll.

Dieses Mal ohne Frühstück. Unter der Woche bis 10:00 Uhr, was für mich persönlich zu früh ist. Frühstücke normalerweise nicht.

Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Es wurde zu spät aufgefüllt, erst wenn es komplett leer war, so dass man unter anderem über 10 Minuten auf Brötchen warten musste.
