Overall, stay was good. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for what I was there for.

Cons:

Toilets need to be higher. Toilet paper softer. Water pressure in the shower needs to be a more forceful. Key to get into the room needs to be upgraded. Many a times I had to work both the key and door handle to gain access to the room.

I can't wait to go back with my family. This place made our trip so memorable.
Pros:

The view was gorgeous. Beautiful lodge feel. Fire pit, pool, laundry facility. It was quiet, the kids ran around. The place was perfect. Very cozy, felt like I was in the Hallmark Channel.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like. The sliding doors to the balcony were squeaky but something we won't forget haha.

Peaceful and scenic, restful environment with friendly staff in a wonderful location.
Pros:

The view and grounds were beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. The kitchen area was very nice and stocked for us to cook and clean up.

Cons:

The water smelled like sulfur and had a bad taste. It would have been nice to have nice drinking water available in the room. The bed mattress could be updated due to our experience of being able to feel springs, although we were able to get comfortable. The breakfast options were wonderful, although a protein option would be a good addition (e.g., hardboiled eggs, protein yogurt). It would be nice to also have lids for the coffee cups.

This is the place to be...
Pros:

This is the place we needed to be after spending 6 days in NYC! Checking in with Brian was efficient and fun!! Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, huge open area with a swimming pool. Breakfast had some very yummy fresh muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, which was available all day!! On site laundry, a small kitchen in the room, very nice sheets and towels. Had a deck that we sat after breakfast with a fresh cup of coffee and again in the evening. Had windows that we could open to our cabin feeling room. Would we stay here again, you betcha!!

Cons:

Loved it all!

Incredible stay with breathtaking views
Pros:

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The staff was incredibly kind, the rooms were comfortable, spacious and came with more amenities than we even expected and the view from our room was breathtaking. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We will, without question, be back.

Cons:

I have no complaints whatsoever

Beautiful, serene, peaceful oasis
Pros:

The views and private balconies really set off a serene getaway

Cons:

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the property. If I was really getting picky I would prefer a pergo type floor instead of carpet but that would really be diving deep

Pros:

What a beautiful facility, and piece of property. We were visiting The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, and this was a reasonable driving distance.
Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the views are awesome.
They even have a fire pit that overlooks the scenic hillside.
They had a continental breakfast in the morning as well.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The lodge is so welcoming and in a picture-perfect setting surrounded by trees and forests. The rooms are clean and spacious. The leaves had just started to change, and the scenery was beautiful. We had a simple breakfast, which was just enough to get our day started before we headed to Cooperstown to the baseball Hall of Fame. It was a 5 minute drive away. We ate lunch in Cooperstown at one of many restaurants and dinner at Boca. The food was wonderful. I highly recommend the August Lodge.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything.
