Housekeeping staff mamoni shau excellent but the hotel has few teething problems

Breakfast was adequate this time. Location was perfect for food and shopping

Cons:

The cleanliness was superb by staff mamoni shau. Excellent customer service. The room was cleaned daily and checked. We asked for more bath and hand towels which was done immediately. I would give her 100% or more for looking after room in Excellent condition. Initially we had to change rooms and ask the housekeeping staff to change rooms as there was a bad odour coming from the bathroom. The inial room 306 whan ge got there had no hand towels plus fridge was not working. We asked a couple of staff to change rooms as there was a bad odour/smell coming from the bathroom. We asked a couple of times to get some more towels but there was no immediate response. Then after a couple of hours I so mamoni shau again cleaning one of the rooms and she immediately gave some more towels. All in all I would say the hotel is adequate
