The staff were lovley helpful . Restaurant nice wasnt busy food nice breakfast nice didnt like the sausage was bit spicy..but overall .staff lovley decor downstairs very nice ..
Few issues room was lovley just needed a bit of attention to detail wall loads marks not much selection on coffee tray 1 biscuit not 2 for 2 ppl area shabby and needed attention cupboard empty but wld bn nice hve a fridge in it as had to kerp a little jug cold in the sink ..radiator in bathroom covered in flaky paint used wrong paint oy 1 shower head fixed so cldnt use it as didnt want get hair wet ..had shower in bath not ideal . Bed room wall marks over it and screws in walls cld of used something cover them pictute etc.. bed comfy and clean .. overall was ok but does need attention in few areas
The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast very good value for money as included in the overnight rate. Plus cooked fresh to order. Our room was clean and comfortable and we both slept well.
It gets no complaints from us.
Lovely and clean , lovely outdoor seating area , friendly staff , had a few drinks and food in the lovely bar , nothing much around but fab stay at our stopover for travelling on to Southampton for our cruise

It was close to where we wanted to be.
On the Sunday (we stayed 2 nights) we had been out during the day and when we returned we discovered our key for the room wasn’t working.
There were no staff and everything was locked up. A sign on the desk gave a number to call but this was just an ansaphone number to leave a message.
No response was received and we tried again. We were stuck for well over half an hour unable to access anything until finally a staff member arrived and sorted out the problem. My wife was very distressed by all of this and we were both angry. No apologies have been received and no refunds given.
Easy check in, great location and good facilities.
We had a power cut on arrival - so took a while to be able to start working and having a cup of tea (not hotel fault)

There was one member of staff visible which didn’t inspire a reasonable hotel
Whilst it was reasonable decoration the furniture was a bit shabby
Room was very large with plenty of space

I thought breakfast would be a buffet rather than to order but food was delicious

Location was quiet & peaceful. Staff were exceptionally attentive. Alex deserves a special thankyou for her kindness. Our party of three were celebrating my wife’s birthday and Alex made it special. Hope she enjoys her time with her father back home in July.
Price vs value unbeatable
Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, plenty of parking, quiet. Great value for money.
