De toegang naar het bed wordt bereikt met een steile trap. Probleem met naar beneden gaan is dat het vlak van de traptreden bij de laatste treden in een bocht steeds smaller worden en een leuning aan de andere kant ontbreekt. Gevolg is dat mijn vrouw zich verstapte en viel met letsel tot gevolg. De leuning is in plat ijzer uitgevoerd niet ergonomisch. Doordat mijn vrouw met een opengehaalde arm en een ontwricht knie niet meer mobiel was hebben wij de resterende 2 dagen niets meer gehad aan ons verblijf en zijn direct de volgende morgen naar huis gegaan terwijl wij normaal nog 2 mooie dagen naar het strand hadden kunnen gaan.
Deze kamer is niet geschikt voor oudere mensen ze moeten vaker s-nachts plassen dan is voldoende steun een vereiste.
Mijn claim om de hotelkosten te vergoeden wordt niet ingewilligd door het management.
Onze boeking is geannuleerd door een overboeking door booking.com, op de middag van vertrek...dus 👎

Spacious well designed prepared room. We stayed on a hotel boat the previous two nights so this hotel room seemed quite spacious in comparison!
Sorry that the hotel restaurant was closed from September 1st. Stormy windy rainy stay for us so having a restaurant to enjoy within the hotel is a plus.
Echt een leuke kamer, 2 verdiepingen, slaap gedeelte boven. En een schuin raam in het schuine dak.
Verder was het hartje centrum en alles mooi dichtbij. Parkeren ging ook eenvoudig met de gratis plekken aan de overkant.
Het eten in het restaurant was ook lekker en personeel was vriendelijk.
De badkamer had een wat muffe geur. En is ook niet meer weggegaan.
Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Metro-Station. Kostenfreie Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Perfekt!

Very convenient for ferry.
This hotel tries so hard to look good, that it has completely forgotten that real people use the rooms. The shower is only a waterfall with no hand shower. How does one keep ones hair dry, if so desired, and rinse everywhere? Shower water got all over floor, but no squeegee was provided. The bathroom sink was huge with only a tiny area for a toilet kit. I kept mine on the desk. The lift is the slowest lift in the world and the main stairs are a death trap. Dust flew off the end of bed fabric protector when I moved it off the bed.

Für uns war nicht klar, in welchem Rhythmus und in welchem Umfang die Zimmer gereinigt wurden.
Dass es zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer keine Tür gab, war gewöhnungsbedürftig.
