The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and helped make our stay wonderful. The facilities are great, the rooms very comfortable and super clean. We had a lake front room and it was so nice to sit outside our room and see the lake. A great value.
It has noise from car traffic- but it’s well worth the inconvenience to be able to enjoy this wonderful hotel.

On avait envie de tester le restaurant mais on a fait demi tour . Le chef en sweat-shirt, carte bien trop grande pour avoir des produits frais, obligé de prendre un menu entier. Dommage .

Personnel super sympathique, accueillant et avenant. Lieu charmant avec lac, spa et ambiance chaleureuse.
Les chambres un peu démodées, et salle de bain à revamper. Mais le propriétaire en est très conscient.
Le lit très peux confortable , café un par client, les fauteuils médiocre, foyer au bois aucun bois dans la chambre et personne nous a renseigné. Pour nous trop dispendieux pour si peu de service pour nous nous y retournons plus.
Très belle expérience. Nous avons aimé la vue sur le lac, la chambre spacieuse et très propre, le petit déjeuner et le personnel très accueillant!
C'est évidemment le prix abordable qui était LE facteur déterminant pour nous. Notre alternative était de réserver à l'Esterel pour la Convention de notre organisation d'Églises évangéliques ce qui aurait été 2 ou 3 fois le prix.
De plus, la chambre était sympa, surtout avec le feu de foyer, que nous avons exploiter au fond, et la belle vue sur le petit lac enneigé!
Le matin, j'ai pu chercher du bon déjeuner Tim Hortons à Ste Adèle en 30 minutes aller-retour!
Le gérant Roman était génial! SPASEBA!
Nous avions demandé d'entrer à 15h plutôt que 16h! Pas problème.
