Jammer dat de kleinere kamers elders waren en 0 uitzicht hadden. Geen vier sterren niveau. Ontbijt had ook wat langer open mogen zijn. Half 10 dicht is erg vroeg voor een vakantie bestemming

The room was a little small considering the price. The breakfast was quite basic; however, the restaurant staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always eager to make sure guests were satisfied.

The location is perfect—you couldn't ask for a better place to stay in this area.

Cons:

I gave this hotel a low rating because my main issue was never resolved, even though the staff made several attempts to help.

The weather was extremely hot, around 37°C, and the air conditioning in my room was very weak. I contacted the reception and asked them to fix it. Unfortunately, it was Sunday, and I was told that the maintenance team was unavailable. At first, the receptionist said she could adjust the room temperature using the central control system, but it turned out the AC was already running at its maximum capacity.

The receptionist kindly offered either a refund or a room change the next day. Since it was peak season, there were no available rooms that night, so I decided to stay and move to a better room the following day.

Unfortunately, even after upgrading to a different room, the air conditioning was still very weak, and the room remained uncomfortably hot. I ended up spending another sleepless night because of the heat. At that point, I didn't escalate the issue further.

If you are planning to stay here during the summer, I would not recommend this hotel. The poor air conditioning made my stay very uncomfortable.
