Il livello è molto alto, il personale gentilissimo e professionale posizione centrale.
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione a dir poco comodissima a due passi dal centro, fronte mare e passeggiata, si ha la possibilità di godersi la bellissima Finale Ligure

Pros:

Überaus freundliches und wohlwollendes Personal. Kompetent und persönlich. Wirklich hervorragend!!!
Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. In 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und direkt bei der Strandpromenade und der Fussgängerzone. Absolut empfehlenswert

Sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstuck war ausreichend.

Cons:

Meiner Meinung nach sollte man in einem Hotel in Italien erwarten können, dass das Personal Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Weitere Sprachen sind ein zusätzlicher Service, aber keine Selbstverständlichkeit und können nur auf Anfrage angeboten werden.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral in der Stadt, dennoch war es ruhig in einer Seitengasse gelegen.
Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück lecker, Zimmer sauber

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in optimaler Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal an der großen Promenade gelegen, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Zimmer in der Dependance sind alle nur über eine recht steile 20-stufige Treppe erreichbar. Die freien Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt.

Posizione ottima sul lungomare e adiacente la piazza centrale.
Pulizia impeccabile e staff molto gentile

Cons:

Ho chiesto di ripristinare la tv perché non si vedeva ed è stato fato dopodiché tornando in stanza dopo la serata non è stato possibile guardare nulla
, non si vedeva più, e al prezzo pagato (183€) per una notte non può succedere.
Colazione ottima tolto che non esiste una spiegazione in Italiano di ciò che stai prendendo, siamo in Italia e penso sia doveroso un occhio di riguardo per i propri connazionali.
Detto ciò tengo a precisare che devono essere prese come critiche costruttive e non buttate li.

new renovated rooms with great bathroom and fantastic location. It was very clean as well and comfortable.

Cons:

I have asked for take away breakfast as I was leaving early morning and I received juice plus jogurt. First time I experienced such a poor breakfast as take away.
