Pros:

Struttura pulita, moderna, con servizi di ogni genere molto buoni.
Buon prezzo per il taxi verso l’aeroporto.
Colazione varia e molto buona, bellissima piscina.
Vicinanza con locali e market

Cons:

Per me la posizione non è stata ottimale poiché lontana da metro. Per arrivare in altre zone era necessario prendere un grab che, dato il traffico, risulta molto molto lento (es 50 minuti per i templi principali) .
È accanto al nana plaza, il che personalmente è uno svantaggio.

Séjour court qui s'est bien passé mais un hôtel qui doit revoir sa dynamique

La propreté des chambres

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas avoir de balcon extérieur, que la piscine soit située tout en haut de l'hôtel et qu'elle puisse accueillir si peu de personnes

the hotel is good value for money.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is located nicely in BKK, easy to go to and nearby to nice places in BKK. The bed was also very comfortable. Good value for money.

Great service made up for a rocky start
Pros:

EN: The staff at reception were very helpful — when I had an issue with my room they quickly offered a solution and even included free breakfast as compensation. The hotel is also close to Nana BTS/MRT station, making it easy to get around.

IT: Lo staff alla reception è stato molto disponibile — quando ho avuto un problema con la camera mi hanno subito proposto una soluzione e incluso la colazione gratuita come compensazione. L'hotel è anche vicino alla stazione Nana (BTS/MRT), comoda per gli spostamenti.

Cons:

EN: My original room had a connecting door to the next room, so soundproofing was poor even though I had booked a Deluxe Plus category. Breakfast options are mostly geared toward Asian tastes, with little variety for European preferences.

IT: La camera assegnata inizialmente aveva una connection door con la stanza accanto, quindi l'isolamento acustico era scarso nonostante avessi prenotato una categoria Deluxe Plus. La colazione è orientata soprattutto ai gusti asiatici, con poca varietà per chi cerca opzioni europee.

Pros:

I love the atmosphere and vibes. Also breakfast first day they concern the muslim food as breakfast. And shettle provided to bts. I love being there again

I did not like time in /out we reach late night at 8:00 pm and concidered day and we get out on 5:30 am and concidered day..
I wish this day in/out count on time we reach and leave. For all hotels polucy not only this hotel. So at least we pay fair ...

We request our breakfast to be taken. But we find no effort in breakfast they gave us. Only cheese sundwitch and fruits given with juice and water that been throw out in airport part of policy.

I wish more effort at least coffee or egg. Shows effort is been done.
