Really nice , friendly Hotel
Pros:

The staff, Pool , Facilities all were good - Big breakfast - stayed here for ten days and had no regrets

Hôtel confortable mais trop bruyant et pas adapté pour nous.
Pros:

Son emplacement prêt de la plus belle plage
La gentillesse du personnel au restaurant et à la piscine, surtout Hau.
La piscine très appréciée par les enfants sur le toit.

Cons:

Les odeurs désagréables de cuisine dans la chambre
Les clients en face de nous et à côté très très bruyants dès le matin de bonheur et tard le soir. Ce n’est pas du tout calme.
Le buffet du matin n’est pas forcément adapté à nous, européens. Nous étions les seuls.

A fantastic base for exploring Da Nang — great value for money!

The location is hard to beat: just off My Khe Beach, within walking distance of the Dragon Bridge, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. We never had to go far for anything.

A special mention must go to two outstanding team members, LyLy and Alana, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay — from recommending activities to helping with restaurant bookings. That personal touch made a real difference.

Rooms are clean, well-kept, and the hotel overall offers excellent value.

Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang, especially for the location and the warmth of the staff.

Cons:

The one downside for us was the mattress, which was on the firmer side — something to keep in mind if you prefer a softer sleep.

Pros:

Hotelul se afla intr-o zona turistica centrala, pe un bulevard foarte circulat, zgomotos specific oraselor mari din Vietnam. Am avut o camera tripla la etajul 20. Camera a fost mare cu aer conditionat central (are si setare de aer uscat), un birou mic cu 2 scaune, un dulap baie separata cu dus. Patul a fost de 160cm cu saltea tare si inca un pat de 1m latime. Curatenie zilnica, schimbat prosoape, apa 2 pe zi. Buffetul la restaurantul de la etajul 3 a fost bine asortat, asiatic in general, oarecum repetitiv dar avea zilnic si unele mancaruri diferite. Cele doua lifturi mari si rapide au functionat impecabil. Exista room service si spalatorie contra cost(va recomand sa cautati o splatorie self service, este una la 10 min). Spa-ul la etajul 20 cu masaj care e mentinut de o firma separata de hotel dar are maseuri foarte buni, se poate obtine o reducere de 10% daca esti client al hotelului. Bazinul de la etajul 23 este curat, apa calda, are si un bar sic unde se poate servi masa de seara la cerere. Privelistea de la etajul 23 este super. Exista si o incapere la etajul 22 cu un mic gym cu o banda de mers si un aparat de forta. Restaurantul este a la carte, de obicei este deschis seara sau la pranz la cerere. Receptia este 24h cu receptionisti care vorbesc engleza. La receptie se poate face schimb valutar si se pot comanda diverse excursii. Receptia asigura si prosoape pentru plaja tot la cerere. Plaja (My Khe- una dintre cele mai frumoase din lume) se afla la 5 min de mers pe jos daca ai curajul sa treci strada -pietonii in vietnam nu prea sunt respectati.
Ce am apreciat cel mai mult a fost personalul hotelului. Au cautat mereu sa te faca sa te simti bine si sa te ajute cu toate cerintele. Iar eu am avut cateva pe care le-au rezolvat cu succes.

Cons:

Tot ce ar fi putut sa fie negativ a fost rezolvat de catre personalul hotelului. Nu are rost sa mentionez ce a fost, important este sa comunici la receptie ce te nemultumeste.
