We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pavilion Hotel during our honeymoon, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.

A very special thank you to Jenna and her colleague Alana, who really stood out and made our honeymoon feel truly magical. They went that extra mile in every possible way, giving us excellent recommendations for activities, local attractions, and places to visit, while also surprising us with thoughtful gestures that made our stay even more special.

Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and created memories that we will cherish for a long time. It is rare to meet people who put so much heart into making their guests feel special, and Jenna and Alana certainly did exactly that.

Would highly recommend, housekeeping staff some of the best I’ve come across.
Pros:

Ellie & the staff we’re excellent, special shout out to Nguy and the breakfast team.

Cons:

Empty the ash trays and clean the tables more regularly out the front of the hotel.

Coffee in the morning could be hotter and all buffet food with associated name tags needs to be ready to go from 6AM.

Helt ok hotell .
Pros:

Soverom var romslig , gangavstand til strand.

Cons:

Stygt utsikt ifra vinduer rett ut til parkeringsplass hvor det er mye søppel , ødelegger områder sjarm.
Veldig lytt i gangen selv om det står stille områder så snakke folk veldig høyt .
Frokostsalen var veldig støyete , mye folk og de snakker veldig høyt . Var heller ikke så imponert av frokost utvalg, helt ok.
Prøvde på spa på hotellet , var ikke noe luksus rom men hun som gjorde spa var flink og behagelige .
Resesjon folk snakke lite, ser ikke til når gjesten kommer inn på hotell slik andre hoteller jeg har vært .
Basseng og bar på loftreasser var ikke like fin som på bilde .

"I had such a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Staff especially the front desk personnel are friendly, approachable and accommodating and go the extra mile to please their guests. Breakfast was great. Wide food selection. We're more than satisfied. Our room was big for the four of us, with a view of the beach. The beach itself is walking distance and can be reached in 2 minutes.

Pros:

The hotel was very well located and very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable, too.
But the most valuable aspect of the Pavilion Hotel was the staff. From the first day until the end of our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us. This included the guys responsible for luggage, the laundry service team and the ladies on reception. I would particularly like to mention Jenna, who was always ready to help and was available on WhatsApp even during her days off; Ellie, who was very open and provided us with valuable information about attractions, Vietnamese culture and language; Lyly, who was the master of organising our trips; and Larissa, who was calm and very helpful in any situation. I would also like to mention the other two ladies, but unfortunately I can't remember their names due to my memory issues. All the ladies were very professional, spoke very good English, and the level of hospitality was exceptional.
I hope to visit Vietnam and Da Nang again in the future, and of course I will choose the Pavilion Hotel again.

Good to stay for short trip
Pros:

Location is near to My Kee beach just walking distance and lot many shops, mart, spa and restaurants

Grand hôtel accueillant, proche plage
Pros:

La piscine rooftop, le buffet salé du petit déjeuner, la literie, le personnel aux petits soins notamment Jenna, Marina, Alana et Ellie. J'ai apprécié le bureau des excursions, le prêt de tongs et parapluie, ma proximité avec la plage

Cons:

Le bruit dans la chambre mais la réception nous a changé de chambre qui était bien plus calme.
La saleté de la rue de l'hôtel.

Nice hotel but cafeteria not for me.
Pros:

Close to Esco beach, the beach bar very close and cool
