Отель Monarque превзошел все наши ожидания. Персонал дружелюбен, работает слажено и профессионально. Номера соответствуют описанию, белоснежное белье, уборка каждый день в удобное для жильцов время. Мы пробовали оставлять чаевые для клининга на кровати, но никто не взял их из номера без нас. Особое внимание хочу обратить на кухню, это было божественно! Вкусно и очень разнообразно, много фруктов, напитков, большой выбор горячих блюд, даже на завтрак. В течении нескольких дней мы не смогли перепробовать все, что было подано на завтраке. Послеобеденный чай, это тоже целая трапеза с пироженными, рулетиками, разнообразными сладостями и фруктами. Несколько раз мы заказывали обед/ужин в номер. Это самый высокий гастрономический уровень, повару отеля можно руки целовать за его таланты! У дочери было день рождение, отель поздравил её милым сюрпризом. Отель подарил нам массу самых лучших впечатлений, а также в подарок был предоставлен трансфер от/ до аэропорта, очень гостеприимно нас встретили приветственным напитком , роскошный обед в ресторане, трапеза с вкуснейшим традиционным супом Фо Бо, массаж в SPA- отеля. Кстати, обмен валюты доллар/евро можно делать на ресепшене отеля, курс не самый высокий, но приемлемый, чтобы не бегать по городу в поисках счастья. Цены в стране очень бюджетные, страна гостеприимная и безопасная, ласковое море, чистые пляжи, я думаю, мы ещё вернемся в Дананг и обязательно выберем отель Monarque. Огромное спасибо за ваш труд.

Choosing a hotel online can sometimes feel like a game of Russian roulette with better photography. Monarque Hotel turned out to be one of those rare occasions where reality was every bit as good as the pictures.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff somehow managed that perfect balance of being attentive without hovering, friendly without being overfamiliar, and genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, with high-quality furnishings, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Everything feels solid, well maintained and thoughtfully designed rather than simply ticking boxes.
What really elevates Monarque above many hotels in this price range are the little extras. Daily afternoon high tea was a lovely touch after sightseeing, and the evening turndown service complete with a bedtime cookie made us smile every single night. It's not the cookie itself—although those certainly disappeared quickly—it's the feeling that somebody has actually thought about the guest experience.
The breakfast buffet was consistently excellent, with plenty of variety and enough choice to satisfy both adventurous eaters and those who simply want coffee and eggs before facing the day.
Then there's the rooftop bar on the 12th floor. A wonderful place to unwind with a drink, take in the views and reflect on another day in Vietnam without fighting crowds or inflated cocktail prices.
The entire hotel feels polished, elegant and professionally run. Not flashy. Not pretentious. Just very good at what it does.
In a trip filled with excellent experiences, Monarque was one of the easiest recommendations. If I returned to Da Nang tomorrow, I'd book here again without even checking what else was available.

Extrem aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit, gutes Frühstück, Lage auch gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer wirken auf den Bildern hochwertiger und grösser und sind etwas abgenutzt. zudem ist es so feucht, dass es überall im Hotel Entfeuchter braucht, daher ist alles etwas muffig. Gym, Pool und Kinderbereich sind sehr klein und nicht so toll

Ce n'est pas mon 1er séjour au Monarque je l'aime pour son personnel et la qualité de ses buffets!
Sa literie aussi est bien les oreillers parfaits et les draps doux.
Le verre d'accueil est de qualité aussi ainsi que le spa.
On revient toujours là.

Pros:

Very luxurious hotel, lots of attention to details like drinks and snacks on arrival, complimentary afternoon tea every day and the staff were so attentive - they remembered my son and asked after him every day as he was ill during our stay. They also offered him extra congee and also some ginger tea for me.
The bellboy outside the front of the property would shade us with an umbrella as we entered or left the hotel and also would help us ensure we got int the correct taxi.
The buffet breakfast was also a stand out - a huge selection and high quality food.
Highly recommend.

5* staff treatment for a 4* hotel price. Exceptional breakfast - and food in general. Great value if you find a good deal. Imo worth considering to splurge a bit for some quality beach time if you are a budget traveler like myself.

Cons:

Endless Da Nang construction noises. You'll get those anywhere though.
