Best hotel in Da Nang
Pros:

The hotel room and the hotel itself were immaculate. The staff could not do enough for you and were so helpful in booking a trip for us. Afternoon Tea was added for us as a freebie and was a fabulous spread. As for the breakfast, it was 10/10, so much to choose from and very high quality.
The hotel room itself was so,spacious, fresh, and clean. The beds were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.
I dont know why the hotel is not a five-star as we have stayed in a few, and this hotel is much better and deserves a 5 star status.

Cons:

The only thing that was a let down was the towels looked old and frayed such a shame as everything else is amazing.

착츱 주스 굉장히 맛있어요. 기대 이상으로 가성비도 좋고 직원 친절도도 상당한 수준입니다.
다음번에 출장시에도 동일 숙소 방문 의사 100% 입니다!!

The whole stay was excellent, staff were amazing & very helpful.
afternoon tea was delicious, our room was very comfortable & we were treated very kindly & professionally

Cons:

I dont feel that much more could have done for us other than the reception staff could have been aware of any tailors in the area for clothes making

常宿にしたいと感じたホテルでした。
Pros:

１１回目のダナン個人旅行、これまで五つ星ホテルを含む毎回異なるホテルを利用していましたが、当ホテルはスタッフが気配りがその中でも断トツに素晴らしく居心地が良かった。

Cons:

朝食のジュースはスイカやマンゴーなどはあるものの、オレンジやリンゴなど一般的なジュースは見当たらず、これらもあればなお良かったと感じました。

工作人员服务态度很好！

Cons:

酒店和房间跟照片差异较大，酒店有点旧，房间很小还有股霉味，潮湿。 床是凹陷塌进去一块，睡得不舒服。 床头的茶座只有一个，手机充电要把台灯拔出来才能用，房间内没有多余的插座，所以想煮开水泡茶，就只能去厕所用电吹风的插座赖煮水。太差了

Pros:

Everything. I would definitely go back. Opposite the beach and easy to get to everywhere. The staff were amazing with big shout outs to Linda and Celine...thank you. Oh and the lovely little complimentary afternoon tea.

Pros:

Air Con was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful each day! rooms were clean.

Cons:

airport pickup and drop off was not available to all of our room block, even though they were staying 9-10 nights

I would have liked to have coupons for the free spa, dinner and pho meal. that part felt very unorganized.

W tym hotelu byłem już drugi raz i dostałem nawet ten sam pokój. Jest to hotel idealny i powinien być wzorem do naśladowania przez inne hotele. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, troskliwa i pomocna. Wszyscy dokładają starań, aby goście czuli się tu dobrze. Co chwila spotykasz się z miłymi gestami ze strony obsługi. Szczególne podziękowania dla pań o imionach Celine i Flora. Hotel oferuje jedną darmową zupę pho podczas pobytu, co wieczór ciasteczka, podwieczorek, darmowy transport na lotnisko (przy dłuższych pobytach). To niby drobiazgi, ale takie właśnie drobne udogodnienia i miłe gesty decydują o jakości hotelu i komforcie pobytu. Pokoje są idealnie czyste i przestronne, wyposażone we wszelkie udogodnienia (w tym ekspres, czajnik, sejf), łóżka wygodne. Śniadania wspaniałe, jedne z lepszych jakie jadłem w hotelach. Na pewno tu wrócę.

A lovely hotel in Danang
Pros:

Staff and location are ideal. Gaga and her reception team go above and beyond to help.
