Hôtel exceptionnel, personnel très professionnel avec un sens aigu du service, belle chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit-déjeûner super et gros avantage avec le thé dans l'après-midi inclus avec petits-fours et petits sandwichs.

Cons:

On n'a pas apprécié le fait de devoir traverser une grande avenue très fréquentée pour pouvoir accéder à la plage, il n'y a pas de feu tricolore permettant de traverser en sécurité cette large route, c'est très dangereux et ça nous a freiné pour profiter pleinement de la belle plage My Khe à proximité.

Comfortable, good breakfast and some lovely staff. Needs tweaking.
Pros:

Location was great if you want access to the beach. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. If you like an opulent lobby this is for you. Doormen and security and reception staff all really attentive and helpful opening taxi doors, carrying bags and shading you from the sun if you like that sort of thing. Sophie was funny and real and stood out for me.
The manager came for walk through the relevant part of the hotel with me, listening to my concerns about a serious safety issue. She then acted and made the situation a lot better, and even gave me some dried fruit gifts as we left.
The internet suite is helpful and free on the ground floor.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting was in the wrong places so even the adjustable mirror didn't make it easy to shave properly.
The staff were trained to be just a little too ingratiating, but they were good people and I expect that's corporate policy.
The music in the bar by the pool seeks to create some sort of sophisticated atmosphere but is actually miserable. It sounded AI-generated to me, and was some sort of You Tube soft rock playlist nonsense. I recommend uplifting Tamla Motown or suchlike in future, or at least Brian Eno-style ambient. The free Pho was disappointing.
Most mornings at breakfast a member of staff would come and ask us if everything was OK while we ate. Initially this was annoying, but the staff were so sweet that I began to engage and say what I really thought about the place. When I asked what music the staff member that day listened to at home she said 'hip-hop', which frankly I would have much preferred in the bar by the pool. And the pool was tiny and not inviting for me in reality.
Their tagline is 'stay with a view', but our views were of walls - probably the more expensive rooms have the sea or town views.
When we got there there were serious obstructions on the fire escape stairs nearest our rooms, and I think some of the lights in that stairwell may not have worked. They did clear them when I complained, and apologised and thanked me for pointing it out. 160 people trying to get down one clear flight of stairs from ten storeys in a fire at night would not be funny. They seem to lack storage space (still storing boxes of bottles of water on the stairs) and I found out the staff common room was in the basement, although the staff member who told me that wasn't complaining about it.
Maximising revenue while the staff struggle and put on a brave face. They need to give over a room per floor to storage.

全てのスタッフの方々が本当に親切で感動しました。特にMs.Anitaは気配りが素晴らしく観光のアドバイスもしてくれて感謝しています。部屋は広くバスタブもあり、朝食も美味しかったです。帰りの飛行機が真夜中出発でしたが、チェックアウト後も時間があるのなら是非と勧めてくださったアフタヌーンティーを無料でいただき、ギリギリまでスーツケースを預かっていただきました。スタッフの方々がタクシーの窓越しに手でハートを作ってお見送りしてくれて、最後まで感動でした！ホスピタリティが最高のホテルです。また行きたいです。ありがとうございました！
