Hotel v dobré lokalitě, v docházkové vzdálenosti od Francouzské čtvrti, zastávka autobusu z letiště nedaleko, spoje na letiště přímo v ulici před hotelem. Ubytování čisté, pokoj prostorný, milý personál. Snídaně dle vlastního širokého výběru. Možnost check-out až do 11 hodin, před check-in (možný až od 16h) možnost uschování zavazadel.

Cons:

Pokoj bohužel nebyl připraven na check-in v cca. 18:30, ačkoliv má být check-in možný od 16:00 hod. Okna v pokoji bohužel nelze otevírat. Sprcha lehce starší, jedná se ale jen o drobné připomínky, ubytování bylo jinak super!!!

It turned a family tragedy into a even worse nightmare! Never returning

The STAFF!!!! The young lady Kady/Katie not sure how you spell it bc when I asked for her information she refused to give it to me was the rudest individual I have ever come across in hospitality ever! She’s African American , light skinned, with a Jamaican accent accent! I described her so you can know to avoid any conversation or contact with her whatsoever! You’ll thank me later. I extended my stay one extra day, was told I could leave my bags at the property and come back once the room was cleaned and ready being that I had to move to a different room all to be told once arriving back at the hotel that there was no room for me and that they were actually overbooked! YES! NEGATIVE 4 rooms! She had no empathy for the situation! She told me I could get my bags and that she didn’t know what else to tell me! She was so dismissive, disrespectful, and just displayed disgraceful behavior. Even though it all I asked her to speak to a manager she refused! I asked if she could contact their other location that is less than 10 min away to work something out with them with the same rate for my inconvenience she refused! She also added that she didnt care if I called corporate because “ they could do nothing to her about it” she also informed me that it was not her problem! I was in town with family and we had 10 rooms booked with them ! Needless to say they just lost 10 families business bc we will NEVER and I mean NEVER stay at another Sonesta brand Hotel! Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else bc if a problem arises they won’t treat you like a paying customer! Disappointed and truly hurt by the way we were treated!
