We are a family of 4 (16yo and 13yo). We chose this hotel as it had adjoining rooms. This was a positive as we had two showers and toilets. The rooms are not large but it's manageable with smaller suitcases. The rooms were clean.
There is absolutely no view from the hotel. Open the curtains and its another building 2m away.
Excellent location to train station and shopping, a window you could see out of (the view was nothing spectacular but so much nicer than having frosted glass that we had in most places) and a very comfortable bed and pillows, the best of our whole holiday! Staff very friendly and helpful and great they were happy to store our bags for us.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I needed to extend my stay and they quickly took care of that. The location is nice, easy to get to, and near several train stations so getting around is easy. There's a 24-hour convenience store right around the corner which makes it even more convenient.

We booked with breakfast option but voucher given only 2 person instead of 3 ppl in the booking.
No vegetarian options eventhough we asked before getting there
Only 3 picklet pan cake was given for vegetarian option for breakfast. Since we did not have any meat we asked if they can provide more picket pan cakes instead of meat but staff did not agree. It was very disapointing hotel without vegetarian breakfast options

The location is perfect. You can reach every place easily. Trains,stores, coffee shops 👍🏻
Rooms are extra small. 2 people and luggages can not fit the room at the same time. It was a nightmare for us😢
