The hotel was clean and extremely centrally located, which was very convenient.
The room was far too small for two people, especially with luggage. There was barely any space to move around.
We asked to change rooms, but the staff were not particularly helpful. As they were fully booked for larger rooms, the only suggestion they offered was for us to book a separate additional room.
The breakfast was also very disappointing. If you are expecting a good continental breakfast, this is not the place. The choice was extremely limited. If you enjoy an Asian-style breakfast, you may be fine, but there were very few other options.
Even worse, the eggs offered as part of the limited continental breakfast were green and looked as though they had been fried hours earlier. We complained, but the staff did not offer any solution or consider refunding the cost of the breakfast. The attitude was basically, “tough luck”.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my 4th or 5th stay in this hotel already and as usual, it didn't disappoint. Always squeaky clean and I always get the room I want.

החדר חנוק מאוד ומחניק, ואין אפשרות לפתוח את החלון (המלון ביצע נעילה של כולם). זה ככה בכל החדרים, זה מרגיש מאוד חנוק ולא נאמר מראש.
בנוסף החדר קטן בצורה קיצונית וצריך ממש להצטופף אם באים שני אנשים

自分の部屋の立地のせいなのか、窓が開かない部屋で日当たりも悪いからなのか、布団も枕もベッドなどの寝具が全て湿っていて、気持ち悪かった。
エアコンがカビっぽい臭いだった

Closeness to many fine shops, stores, restaurants, etc. Easy walking distance to most everything.
Rain and when not, the humidity. But what can I say, I was sorta expecting it.
