Pros:

It was a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old city. We used it as a base for exploring the old buildings, the seafront and the flame towers. We also arranged trips from here. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Our room was comfy and spacious with a view towards the sea.

Cons:

Many items at breakfast were cold though we found on the second day that someone would make us delicious omelette and fresh coffee.

Cosy stay, perfect location, splendid architecture
Pros:

Otelin konumu harika, ihtiyaç duyulacak her şeye ve görülmesi gereken yerlerin önemli bir kısmına oldukça yakın. Odalar gayet temiz. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli. Ayrıca otelin iç avlusu görsel olarak harika, zaman geçirmek için oldukça keyifli.

Bel palazzo storico nella città vecchia

La posizione è eccezionale nella città vecchia a due passi dalla piazza delle fontane. Se vi fermate un paio di giorni per turismo, la posizione è oggettivamente ideale. La camera è molto grande, un po’ datata ma comunque assicura un buon comfort. La nostra suite dava sulla via principale. Colazione nella norma, ma non speciale.

Cons:

Il personale potrebbe essere un pochino più disponibile e gentile… spesso sembra di essere trasparenti😄

Hotel's location is perfect - near the double gate. Plenty of breakfast options whether you eat meat or not and a nice view from the restaurant on the top. Spacious room, we also used the wellness programme.

Cons:

Beds weren't really comfortable and were squeaking at every move. We also had a bit of misunderstanding when ordering a taxi from hotel to the airport and we were late to the airport (didn't miss the flight though).

Cons:

On second day after breakfast we could not open electronic door, we were waiting 1 hour until or carpenter came and fixed problem. When I asked to change the room guy at reception said that it was my fault (!) . So no apologies , no room change - very poor client oriented approach….

Месторасположение просто топ

Cons:

сырость, холодно, неудобно если у вас большой чемодан, лифт только до 3 этажа, там дальше по лестнице самой надо, так как здание делится основное и дальше.
