Manat ücretimin iade edilmesini talep ettim bir süre yetkililere ulaşamadılar resepsiyonda bekleme sürem yaklaşık 1 saat oldu çözüme ulaşmadı bende yine bookingten austin otelde oda satın slıp oraya yerleştim talebim kalmadıgım gece ücretinin kartıma iade edilmesidir yıllardır gittim tüm gezilerde bookinden oda ve araç almaktayım geçmiş kayıtlara bakabilirsiniz bu konuda desteğinizi rica ediyorum

Сам Баку нам очень понравился, отдых удался благодаря городу, а не отелю. Shah Palace не оправдал ожиданий и своей цены. За эти деньги в Баку можно найти гораздо более комфортный, современный и хорошо организованный отель. Возвращаться сюда мы не планируем и рекомендовать его не можем.

Конкретно по плюсам:

Отличное расположение в самом центре Старого города.
Красивый вид с балкона на площадь.
Просторный номер.
Рядом много хороших ресторанов.
Из SPA понравилась только сауна.
После публикации негативного отзыва персонал начал проявлять внимание: стали лучше убирать номер и интересоваться, всё ли в порядке.

Cons:

Очень грязный и изношенный номер: пыль повсюду, под кроватью многолетний слой грязи, пол практически не мыли.
Старые мебель и сантехника. В ванной неприятный запах канализации, сломаны ручки, душ требует ремонта, вода постоянно переливается на пол.
Полотенца сильно пахли хлоркой.
Уборку приходилось буквально выпрашивать. Пока нас не было с утра до 15:00, никто не приходил, зато после 16:00 сотрудники могли настойчиво пытаться зайти в номер без предупреждения. Табличек «Не беспокоить» нет.
Номер напротив лифта — постоянный шум в коридоре.
Из-за расположения на площади почти каждый вечер проходят концерты, а ночью и ранним утром собирают и разбирают сцену, убирают территорию. Для спокойного отдыха отель не подходит.
Очень слабые завтраки: маленький выбор, невкусная еда, несвежие овощи и фрукты, многие блюда выглядели неаппетитно.
SPA разочаровал: несмотря на предварительную запись, наше время отдали другим гостям. Баня грязная и пахнет сыростью.
Персонал безразличный: на просьбы реагировали только после нескольких звонков и напоминаний, многие обещания так и не выполнялись.
До отеля практически не подъезжают такси, даже при готовности оплатить въезд. С чемоданами приходится идти пешком.
Поблизости почти нет магазинов и аптек.
Стоимость совершенно не соответствует качеству.

Побывав во многих странах на многих континентах могу с уверенностью назвать себя экспертом по отелям,поэтому не мог не написать отзыв про отель в котором максимально окружают заботой и дарят комфорт путешественникам.
ну а если коротко:
Место расположение :
шикарное! В этой локации не так много отелей, но именно этот отель находясь на Территории старого города (с его улочками и атмосферой), в тоже время он дарит ощущение нахождения в центре большого Баку. Рестораны, бары, небольшие кафе все под боком.
Отель:
номера соответствуют фотографиям, никаких сюрпризов вроде :текущего смесителя, запахов, не работающего кондиционера я не заметил.
Персонал:
Просто молодцы! Тут не добавить и не убавить!
Завтраки:
Вполне достойные
Соотношение цена и качество:
10 из 10

Из минусов, но это не к отелю: отсутствие парковки в этом районе, я припарковывал арендованный автомобиль и за сутки приходилось платить около 100 манатов((
Совет путешественникам на автомобиле : рядом есть городской паркинг с гуманными ценами с охраной . От отеля метров 300.
