Exceptional stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

Very satisfied with the hotel's service and staff. Mrs. Gönül the manager of Housekeeping was very professional and warmly welcoming person. She personally follows up all rooms had service each day and guests individually if they need anything, amazing hospitality. Strongly recommended. Nice breakfast and always freshly prepared food served by amazing people always kind and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Shah Palace Hotel Museum. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, a unique historical character, and excellent hospitality.

A special mention goes to Hasan, who was extremely helpful and kind.

If you want to truly experience the vibe and charm of Baku’s Old City, I would definitely recommend staying here. The location, architecture, and atmosphere make you feel connected to the history and character of the Old City.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Shah Palace Hotel Museum. Great hospitality, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Spacious Room and Good Value for Money
Pros:

The Shah Palace Hotel was a good choice overall. It is very well located, right near the main entrance to Baku’s Old City, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area.

The room was spacious, and both the interior design and the furniture were of a high standard. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff provided good customer service and were very helpful, especially in making sure that my taxi could come directly to the front of the hotel to pick me up.

There were, however, a couple of issues. The Wi-Fi did not work at all in my room (Room 203), which is something the hotel definitely needs to fix. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

Despite these issues, I had a good stay overall. Considering the excellent location, room quality, breakfast, and service, the hotel offers good value for money.
