Pros:

Widok z pokoju był przecudowny i możliwość zjedzenia śniadania przy tym widoku również. Fotel masujący super. Dużo miejsca w pokoju.

Cons:

Łazienka trochę za mała. Śniadanie mogłoby być trochę bardziej różnorodne. Materac na łóżku za miękki.

The room needs to be reonovated, felt dusty. Shared elevator with a lot of other businesses. Hard to communicate with staff as they had limited knowledge; dry cleaning service, train to seoul.

Kamer met balkon mooi uitzicht, genoeg te beleven in de omgeving.
Pros:

Ruime balkon met mooi uitzicht. Gratis parkeren. Modern design van de kamer. Koffie automaat in de lobby ( tegen betaling). In de omgeving genoeg te beleven en lekker uit eten. Moderne toilet.

Cons:

Personeel iets terughoudend maar wel vriendelijk. Gordijn was niet lang genoeg om het licht te blokkeren in de ochtend. Houder van de douchekop stuk waardoor je de douchekop moet vasthouden. Krappe kamer waardoor je moeilijk je reiskoffer ergens kan stallen en met lopen elkaar steeds uit de weg moet om langs te kunnen lopen. Te weinig garderobe haken om bv jas en andere kledingstukken ophangen. Wc papier werd niet aangevuld moest om wc papier vragen. Als het regent kun je niet droog zitten op het balkon. Haren van vorige gasten lagen op het balkon. 1 balkon zitje defect.

Pros:

Schöner Blick auf den Strand und die Bucht. Auf dem Balkon kann man morgens und spätabends gemütlich sitzen und Gwangalli beobachten. Bequeme Betten, leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, das man draußen einnehmen kann.

Cons:

Tagsüber bei Sonne wird es auf dem Balkon zu heiß und er ist nicht nutzbar. Im Stockwerk unter dem Hotel ist eine Bowlingbahn. In unserem Zimmer war nachts das Rumpeln teilweise zu hören (einmal von 2 bis 3 Uhr) und leichte Erschütterungen im Bett zu spüren.

Enttäuschend
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Strandes. Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht

Cons:

Zimmer sind für die angebotene Qualität nicht gut genug. Betten waren dreckig. Nach Hinweis und Bitte diese auszutauschen sind wir nach 4 Stunden zurück gekommen und das Personal hat uns mitgeteilt, dass sie sauber genug sind. Nachdem wir den Mitarbeiter mit auf Zimmer gezerrt haben, wurde die Wäsche ausgetauscht. I'm Doppelzimmer war nur ein großes und 3 kleine Handtücher. Matratze war durchgelegen. Licht lässt sich nur an einer Stelle über ein Bedienelement für das komplette Zimmer regeln. Zimmer ist zu klein. Es gibt 3 Fahrstühle aber es kann sich nur um Stunden dauern, bis einer kommt. Das Gebäude ist zusätzlich kein reines Hotel sondern ein Zentrum wo alles mögliche untergebracht ist.

Gute Lage aber Zimmer unpraktisch
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist prima, der Blick aus dem 11 Stock ebenfalls. Großes, bequemes Bett. Kostenlose Gepäckschliessfächer. Busse und Ubahn erreichbar aber mit Fußweg.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist auf Englisch nicht gut ausgeschildert, sie liegt im 12 Stock. Der Balkon ist eine verglaste Loggia mit kleinem Kippfenster. Der Meerblick war zur Bucht hin und es wurde auch nicht gefragt welche Seite wir bevorzugen. Die Zimmer sind nur einigermaßen sauber und sind mit Teppichboden ausgelegt . Ein 2. Badetuch mussten wir abholen. Das Zimmer ist verbaut und unpraktisch eingerichtet. Großer Tisch aber kein Platz für 2 Koffer. Die Wände mit Schmutzstreifen bedeckt. Die Dusche und Toilette sind in einem kleinen Raum ohne Abtrennung, wodurch beim Duschen alles nass wird. Die Handdusche kann nicht verstellt werden.

Неплохая терраса.
Есть парковка в здании.

Cons:

Абсолютно не удобный номер, негде открыть чемодан. Некуда сложить вещи. В ванной вечный потоп из-за отсутствия шторки и непонятной струи душа.
Плохой лифт на котором подниматься и спускаться по 15-20 минут из-за того, что лифта всего два, а на каждом этаже здания находиться какое-то кафе или парикмахерская.
Номера ободранные и неопрятные.

I love Busan
Pros:

The location was awesome.

Cons:

I booked for 2 adults, 2 beds but when i checked in, there was set for 1 adult with one bed. They said the 2 bed room was sold out so they brought in extra bed but it was a smaller one. Not a big deal, but I wish I got what I paid for.

Decent stay, nice view, but lacks in other aspects
Pros:

We booked this property for the scenic beach view, which didn't let us down. Staff is accommodating and was very patient with the language barrier between us. We love watching the yachts at night sails by and pop up some fireworks. Lots of restaurants just down below. Near by the Gwangalli beach and a nice spot if you catch the drone light show (which we didn't). Didn't got a chance to try their breakfast tho. This is the location if you wanted value for the money.

Cons:

Only two slow elevators (three actually if you count the old elevator on the right) operates in the building which includes the hotel floor. Also some may find the signs towards the hotel lobby confusing at first. Bit of a walk to bus stop and far from subway stations, you'd rather take an uber to go places. Space is limited. Only way to open our luggage is either on the bed or at the balcony. One microwave is shared near the elevator. No shower curtain, if you don't aim the showerhead properly, you'll hit the toilet and make a puddle in the bathroom.
