Pros:

The hotel is relatively clean, new, and functional. The staff is polite and helpful. The location is convenient, as it is close to a train station and provides easy and direct access to the airport.

Cons:

Our room on the first floor was extremely warm because the AC was not working properly. In addition, even with the windows closed, there was a significant amount of noise coming from the external AC units located directly underneath the room.

There was also an incident during our stay where the maintenance team damaged the main door leading to the shared hallway of the two connecting rooms we had booked.

Finally, after one of the room cleanings, the bathrooms developed a very strong and unpleasant smell, possibly coming either from the drainage system or from the cleaning products used.

Overall, the hotel has several positive aspects, particularly its new facilities, functionality, friendly staff, and excellent location. However, the issues with the air conditioning, noise, and bathroom odor noticeably affected the quality of our stay.
