Bastante flojo. Mala relación precio / calidad.

desayuno regular, y el ambiente del desayunador es cerrado y muy frio y hay un hombre que es amable y 2 mujeres que gritan entre ellas y no son muy amables. y las 2 maquinas de cafe fallaban mucho. y solo tenían americano y uno mas.
habitaciones para mi gusto muy señoriales y oscuras, pedimos cambio de una con una ventana ínfima, nos dieron una mucho mejor pero igual oscura y mucho olor a humedad y a cigarrillo, y conoci la de otras personas que fueron por trabajo conmigo y era asi, mucho olor a humedad y a cigarillo. la gente fuma en los pasillos, hay ceniceros e incluso gente que apaga el cigarillo en el piso de alfombra antes del ascensor. se que es común en china, el cigarrillo, pero esto era mucho.
la ubicación cercana a la feria pero muy en el medio de la nada a distancia caminable. cero onda.
el gimnasio es una habitación pequeña, sin cochonetas ni mats, solo mancuernas y una cinta y algun banco.
integrado al laundry, asi que húmedo y poco agradable.

Pros:

Beautiful interior, great breakfast included, very clean and very quiet.
Handy to alot of street food. 4 free buses to the Canton Fair.
I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very well constructed and nice looking overall.

Cons:

Staff was horrible, with the exception of the little older cleaning lady who cleaned our room daily. She was the only staff member who greeted you with a smile, was kind, and always said "HI." The rest of the entire staff are completely mute unless you ask them a question of which they would never have an answer. No one helps you with luggage or any real needs unless you beg. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. I've stayed at many hotels around the world, and this one by far was the worst customer service. Don't let the nice facility fool you.

It was OK. The building would have been great when it first opened but it now looks tired.
Pros:

Coffee was nice.

Cons:

Rooms - first room had bad smell. Second room had mosquitos but was larger. Smell of smoking inside and outside of the room. No room service for food or drink. Wifi did not work. Very poor.

Breakfast - No real variety. Not international cuisine. The same every day. No fresh juice. Fruit would run out. No real protein.
