Vue magnifique et excellent repas
Pros:

Vue magnifique sur la ville et l’océan, le lever de soleil était splendide. Excellente cuisine !

A wonderful park full of little bunnies. A real wonder. Should be promoted as !

Toller Aufenthalt in Nordeste!
Pros:

Nordeste ist meiner Meinung nach der schönste Ort auf der Insel. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Morgens den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon zu genießen ist purer Luxus.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel recht hellhörig, so dass man sogar die Geräusche aus dem Restaurant oben hört. Bei Wind mussten wir die Zimmertür mit Papier fixieren, damit es nicht die gesamte Nacht klappert.

Nice room & location, but over-priced for what it was
Pros:

It was a very lovely hotel and a great start to our 10 day visit to the Azores. We received an excellent welcome when we arrived. Our room was very attractive and we loved the view overlooking the pool & town and ocean in the distance. Outdoor pool was very nice as was the indoor spa area. Front desk staff was very friendly and we really liked our dining room waiter at dinner the 2nd night. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The hotel seemed to be very focused on bus groups while we were there. We tried to have lunch the first day and they would not serve us - we could not even get a drink at the bar! And we could only get a late dinner reservation that first night so we passed on that. We had dinner the second night, though, and while the service was excellent, the food was not - both fish dishes - Azorean specialties - were sadly over-cooked. They had a weird rule that we had to buy/wear a bathing cap to go in the pool - we have never seen this before, nor did it happen again during our Azores travels. It was a bit off-putting. Last but not least, this room was approximately twice the cost of our subsequent accommodations the rest of our Azorean vacation - and honestly - we did not feel it was worth it.

Schöner Pool
Kleine Sauna und Spa-Bereich o.k.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker (außer dem Kaffee)

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren völlig durchgelegen
Es gab nur sehr ungemütlich couchähnliche Sitzgelegenheiten, keine normalen Stühle und Tische
Der Kaffee schmeckte unerträglich

Hotel in Nordeste mit tollem Blick über das Meer
Pros:

Die Unterkunft lag toll, mit Blick zum Dorf und Meer, Frühstück sehr gut, Omelett, Spiegeleier werden an den Tisch gebracht. Jeden Tag frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst, vor allem Ananas. Gute Käseauswahl, Wurst eher begrenzt. Am Abend romantischer Blick auf beleuchtete Brücke und Kirche.
Outdoorpool und kleiner Innenpool, ebenso Sauna.

Cons:

Leider älterer Teppichboden im Zimmer, Bad schon älter, das hat aber den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Matraze leider etwas durchgelegen. Sind vom Bett immer nach unten gerutscht.

Un séjour reposant dans un cadre idyllique
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé dans un petit village pittoresques et calme de l’île. La chambre était grande et confortable, bon petit déjeuner. L’accès au spa pour les clients est un vrai plus. La piscine est aussi très agréable

Cons:

Dommage que la carte du restaurant soit toujours la même. Surtout quand on est en demi pension pendant plusieurs jours. Mais c’était de qualité

schlecht und nicht den Preis wert.
Pros:

war ok aber das Geld keinesfalls wert!

Cons:

Abendessen nur in Timeslots und dann ist das Restaurant mit max 5 Personen belegt und alles frei. Zudem Badekappenpflicht in den Pools die man selbst kaufen muss und Innenpool winzig.

Extrem unflexibles Personal. Gebt euer Geld lieber woanders aus.

Funktionales „okayes“ Hotel in guter Lage von Nordeste mit unpersönlichem und unterkühltem „Charme“

Frühstück war gut. Schöne Aussicht. Alles da. Gut!

Cons:

Unterkühlter sachlicher funktionaler Empfang . Gebäude und Garten sind nicht mehr auf der Höhe der Zeit. Es wirkt, als sei in zwei, drei Saisons das Hotel für immer geschlossen.
Wir haben aber gut geschlafen, das Zimmer hatte Meerblick und Blick auf die sehr schöne Stadt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut.
Während des Frühstücks hätten wir uns gewünscht dass die airkondition angemacht worden wäre, weil die Morgensonne schon sehr intensiv war.
