Personnel très gentil.
Très propre.
Tout le nécessaire disponible à la réception (tisane, thé, affaires de toilette, pyjama...).
Localisation parfaite.
Très calme.

Cons:

Légèrement poussiéreux, mais c'est dû probablement à la moquette et au fait que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas.

Excellent location hotel
Pros:

I thought Kinshicho would be a quiet neighborhood, but it's as crowded as major stations. The hotel is a short walk away from it, and there's plenty of bars, restaurants and convenience stores on the way so it's a good pick for night life enjoyers. Staff was very attentive, check-in and checkout are done through the automated machine, which is practical. Room was tight but nice and comfortable.

I had an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Room was small but I could spread my luggage out. The hotel provides free bath salt for use in bath tub. On a street full of many eateries and 3 convenience stores nearby.

They provide free bath salt for use in the bath tub. They allow to keep luggage storage for the day. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Eventhough room was small, I could open my luggage inside the room.
