Pros:

距離JR和地鐵都很近，附近有很多逛街吃飯的地方，超商也很多。有非吸菸室和吸菸室可以選擇，枕頭舒適好睡，整個環境非常乾淨。已經在這住許多次了，性價比非常高！

喫煙ルームを予約しました！
まず1番に!!
禁煙が主流の今の時代に、喫煙ルームがあるのはとてもありがたい。
入った瞬間の空気も、全然臭くないし、とっても清潔✨️
バストイレ一緒だけれど、かなりの広さがあってそこも最高でした！
枕の固さと布団のシーツのなめらかさとベッドの固さは最高‼️
大抵シーツはちょっとノリが固くて寝にくいのですが…
超快適✨️爆睡でした(*´艸`)
またそちらに行く時は予約したいと思います‼️
スタッフさん達も、出ていく時戻ってきた時必ず声かけてくれて嬉しい(​ *´꒳`*​)
雰囲気もいいです(´｡✪ω✪｡ ` )

文句ではないのですが！！
スペース確保のために仕方ないのだろうけれど、部屋いっぱいにベッドで、通路がちょびっと狭いかなと…
テーブルも置けない広さで仕方ないけれども、小さな移動させられるテーブル欲しいなと思いました。

Overall it was very nice to stay.
Pros:

The room is clean and staff were nice. Very close to station.
Also breakfast was great!

Cons:

There was no safety box in the room. I needed to bring all things which were very important stuff ( like passport) to everywhere. It was so heavy to bring it. When I called to front desk about it, they said bring it to front desk and they will keep it. I did not do it. I never heard front desk keep like that things.

本当に駅近く、解りやすい場所でした。朝食は値段の割にバラエティにとみ、特にちゃんこ鍋美味しい。

Perfect location, great value, good hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect: so close to the station and also near all the major Tokyo attractions. The area itself is full of restaurants, izakayas, malls, and everything you may need. The hotel offers lots of amenities. I especially enjoyed the fact that you can pay for late check out. The smoking room comes with air purifier and is generally quite comfy, albeit nothing special at that price point.

Cons:

While there is air purifier in the room, the fact that you cannot open your window is problematic for a smoking room; the air gets quite stuffy. Also, while most of the staff were amazing, there were a few members of staff who could've been friendlier.
