整體良好、會再入住，但如果下次最不滿意別的地方還是差不多的話可能就會考慮換地方了。
Pros:

地點方便、無論是地鐵或是JR都能方便搭乘。附近有多棟百貨公司還有超市!

Cons:

1. 吹風機該換了、小小的冷風跟超熱的熱風，無法供應超好用的吹風機起碼也換中等的😅
2. 隔音真的很差（幾乎沒聽到走廊聲音、但是地板的聲音真的很大聲🙄）
3. 想寄行李但不接受現金付款、只能自己拉到超商去

Pros:

非喫煙者でしたが、喫煙部屋が比較的安かったので宿泊しました。入室時に喫煙部屋特有の極微小の煙臭がありましたが、そこまで気になりませんでした。

整體來說還是非常好，經濟實惠的選擇！
Pros:

距離錦糸町站大概只要步行三分鐘的距離，車站附近也有兩三間百貨可以逛街，飯店一出來就是滿滿的居酒屋跟燒肉餐廳，選項眾多，後方就有超商，路口有7-11，位置非常的方便！吸煙房的排風效果非常好。飯店的服務人員超級棒，會協助叫計程車，也幫我們溝通好目的地確認上車，動作迅速且專業！備品提供非常充足，連保養品跟面膜都有～

Cons:

但雖然吸煙房排風效果非常好，但他附設提供的空氣清淨機，整台都是煙味，反而一開啟空氣清淨機，就會吹出濃厚的煙味⋯⋯另外，雖然空間中沒有煙味，但床墊的煙味超重的⋯⋯睡覺滿難受，無法預測前一個房客是在這個房間裡抽煙抽多兇，所以會建議大家還是訂禁菸房，然後下樓去大廳吸煙區抽菸吧。

土地勘ない人には安心の立地
Pros:

駅からのアクセスがとてもよかった。初めての場所だったので助かりました。飲食店もお手頃価格帯の居酒屋が近くに沢山ありました。

自販機が1階にしかないのが若干不便でした。
