Onbeschofte personeel, stinkende kamers, ze hebben ons 2 kamers aangeboden die beide stonken. De ene erger dan de andere. Dit moet zogenaamd een 5 sterren hotel zijn, ze willen niet meewerken voor een terugbetaling.

Cons:

Restaurant despite the national ban allows people to smoke indoors, it was so thick of smoke our cloths were smelly week after.
