There is a problem with bad small from the bathroom drain, probably in some of the rooms, we were offered other room but it was the same, seems like all rooms in that part of the building have this problem and there was no free room of our type on the other side, just a standard room which is smaller. Would have gone to The Bridge Hotel if I knew before.
Najmocniejszy atut tego hotelu to obsługa: pomocna, uśmiechnięta, błyskawiczna i skuteczna w każdym działaniu. Obiekt zgodnie z pierwotnym projektem - w okolicach 4 i pół gwiazdki. Dolna część budynku (do trzeciego piętra) "odziedziczona" po starym niemieckim banku i świetnie zmodernizowana robi bardzo dobre wrażenie. Hałas w pokoju zminimalizowany - grube mury, uszczelnione ciężkie drzwi do pokoju, szczelne okna. Oczywiście mini trzęsień ziemi powodowanych przez wynalazek z wieku pary i stali - tramwaje - nikt i nic nie powstrzyma. Pokój był zaskakująco duży - mam na myśli jego powierzchnię i wysokość - to także spory atut. Woda z dystrybutora w korytarzu pozwalała skutecznie walczyć z odwodnieniem powodowanym przez klimatyzację. Na koniec to, co uważam za bardzo istotny element hotelu ~5*: czysty, duży basen (15 x 6 x 1,2) z wygodnym dostępem + jacuzzi.
Klimatyzacja jest niestety dość toporna - hałaśliwa i trudna do komfortowego wyregulowania, nie ma żadnej kontroli wilgotności powietrza. Łóżka na ramach o lekkiej konstrukcji potrafią przesuwać się i hałasować nawet przy obracaniu się śpiącej osoby z boku na bok. W toalecie brakuje bidetu i deszczownicy - goście z kilku regionów świata mogą być niemile zaskoczeni. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, ale dość monotonne, jeśli ktoś zostaje na kilka dni. Cena śniadań raczej wygórowana, patrząc na oferowane składniki i dania a la carte.
It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing people.
For the high price you receive the absolute minimum that should be provided in this price range. This gives a great experience and overall good feeling about your stay (no positive surprises). Upsells are everywhere, minibar is extremely expensive (it could be included in stay price to have feeling that you are receiving something for free in my opinion - alcohol should stay paid extra). Hotel has no parking! It recommends using city parking and offers that you can pay in the hotel but it is more expensive than if you pay in the parking cashier machine.
Very nice hotel
The staff seemed somewhat unprofessional. We were accidentally charged twice for our stay, which I fortunately noticed, and the issue was then resolved without any problems.
There was also some misunderstanding regarding the rules for children at the pool, and we were given incorrect information, which resulted in a rather awkward situation. However, the hotel handled it kindly and offered us a late check-out, which we appreciated.
The breakfast service was the most disappointing part. Although most of the breakfast was à la carte, there was no waiter present. There was only one member of staff, who was busy checking guests in and understandably had no time to serve anyone. We waited for about 30 minutes, but eventually had to get up and approach her ourselves to place our order. This was inconvenient and delayed our breakfast considerably.
When breakfast time officially ended, the staff immediately removed the serving spoons and started clearing away the food. They also began cleaning the coffee machine while we were still finishing the dishes that had been brought to us late because of the earlier delay. The whole situation felt rather uncomfortable and not quite in line with the standard we expected from the hotel.
Overall, the service did not leave the best impression.

Konieczność dodatkowej dopłaty do śniadania jeśli nie było zarezerwowane z wyprzedzeniem, samo śniadanie bardzo drogie.

המלון ברמת 3 כוכבים לא 5 , הכניסה לא מובנת עם דלת צדדית נראית כמו כניסה אחורית של מלון, החדר קטן מאוד עם ליקויים, שמו לנו בקבוק מים ריק עם שתי כוסות לקבלה , חדר רחצה קטן וישן תעלת ניקוז במקלחת שבורה , המסעדה עם אוכל גרוע מחירים מופקעים, הספא לא מעוצב ישן , המלון הגרוע ברשת מיירוט , מאוכזבים מאוד

Nie było żadnego problemu z kaucją została pobrana przy rezerwacji i zwolniona podczas wymeldowania .( bałem się tego bo różnie też z tym bywa )
