Cons:

Quando fizemos a reserva nao tinha nada informando sobre uma taxa de 150 dolares. Quando chegamos no hotel fomos informados dessa taxa de 150 que seria depois devolvida. Então pagamos usamos o restaurante e ok descontou de uma parte do valor. Mas o restante nao devolveram.

Phenomenal
Pros:

Easily the best experienced I’ve had in my entire life. The Marriott by Clearwater beach was phenomenal, aside from the scenery the valet was exceptional. Riley was outstanding throughout my weekend, he was MORE than helpful. I would recommend this hotel and service to more than my family. Thank you guys so much and a special thanks to Riley for being such a gentleman and giving us a more than memorable experience!!!!

Our experience was excellent. The staff at the entrance, Felipe and Isabel, were very kind and patient with us. The breakfast was excellent as well. We are leaving very happy.

Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Marianna, Jose, Felipe and Kevin thank you for being so wonderful to my whole family. You made our vacation stress-free.

Great family rooms close to the beach
Pros:

Great place to stay in Clearwater. Wish we’d done more than one night to make the most of the facilities. We stayed as a one night stay during our visit to Disney World. Hotel was very close to the beach / marina. Hotel staff very friendly. The queen suite was much bigger than expected, would be ideal for a short stay with the kitchen area too.

Cons:

The bars nearby had music playing loudly until around 11pm, just something to bear in mind if you have younger children.

Disappointing
Pros:

Great location, staff and amenities

Cons:

I booked the hotel in February for 2 rooms on July 28, 2026. I arrived at the hotel on said date and there was only one room, despite messaging and requesting the rooms be close together. The staff noted the Hotel`s mistake and made the necessary corrections. I was very pleased at the time. I checked out and received 2 receipts for the rooms. I returned home and checked my credit card statement to find I was charged for 3 total rooms. Now I have to spend time getting this corrected. Very disappointing.

Loudest hotel stay ever. Not for families that want sleep before 2am
Pros:

Got stuck in room directly over looking a local bar with live music every night until 2am. The music was so loud no one could sleep. I could hear it plain as day while in the shower. The front desk was rude when I asked about changing rooms they said they could only offer ear plugs. The room was dirty. Outlets next to the bed that didn't work. The fold out couch was unusable and covered in stains. Marriott could care less. The reply was basically too bad stay with us again.

Last minute summer beach trip.
Pros:

Location, value, cleanliness, and staff all excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and Gloria at check-in was awesome! We had a great one BR ocean side suite and atmosphere was as expected for summer in a beach town. Only small concern was an off property restaurant/bar just below our window played loud live music until midnight every night. Maybe a little less loud and/or as late would be nice, but it is summer in a beach town. Thx - RCR
