Happy 60th to my Beautiful Wife!
Pros:

Yes! Yes!! Do yourself a favor and stay here!! Great place, Great location!! I want to send a message to Isabella and Felipe for going the extra mile and making sure we were well taking care of!! The whole group here is amazing!!

The access to the beach was really hard, it is far away and you need to cross through the dumpsters of the others buildings… walking to the beach is not nice …

Pros:

Terrible customer service and dirty room.
Check-in: I was told the king 1 bedroom I booked months ago was full. I specifically booked this room type because I was told it was on the quieter bayside. Got stuck with a queen which was overlooking the bar/club outside which is crazy loud all night. We got moved to a studio for 1 night since it was more quiet. Moving rooms with a toddler and all of our stuff was a huge inconvenience but we were refunded $50 for the price difference of the room.
Cleanliness: upon moving into our new king room the next day, my toddler found an open glass gallon bottle of vodka on the floor. Management comped our parking costs. The furniture in the room was filthy and stained. In need of deep cleaning.
We have stayed in several Residence Inns, this was the worst experience. And not once did anyone apologize. Better off looking anywhere else.

Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Loved the combination of the bedroom and kitchenette. The location was very central to all we did. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioner was too loud and woke us up every time it clicked on.

Way too loud, no sleep.
Pros:

Great hotel completely ruined by the bar next door. Blasting a concert till midnight, then DJ party after that. None of us could sleep. I went down to the front desk to ask for a different room, but none are available. If you want to be able to sleep at all, don’t stay here.

Very good room but need improvement in Breakfast and Bar policy

Room was spacious, well equipped. The localisation was great.

Cons:

I went to the bar of the hotel to have a Cocktail Old Fashion and the barman didn't want to serve me in a proper glass, he told me only in plastic cup because apparently people go away with their glasses. I told him I will drink it at the bar but he told me no that they stop to serve with real glass cocktail which is ridiculous, especially inside the establishment. I ask him why so the wine is served with real glass and cocktail no but he was bit lost in what to answer to me. So I decided to take the cocktail in the bar next door where they served in real glasses. The breakfast was overcrowded, nobody to control and organize it. It was the worst breakfast I had and food was really tasteless.

Everything was exceptional. The breakfast was great. Rooms are clean and staff are so nice

Cons:

The parking is a bit pricy but you can ask for self park with same price but easier to get to the car whenever we need. Overall it was a great experience
