Our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach exceeded every expectation and was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had as a family.

We traveled to Clearwater Beach to celebrate our daughters' birthdays, and from the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. Felipe greeted us with such warmth during check-in, setting the tone for our entire stay. Throughout our visit, Jose, the supervisor, was incredibly intentional and personable. Despite everything he had going on, he always took a moment to say hello, check on our family, and make us feel valued. As a special surprise, he even gifted our birthday girls, which meant so much to us and made their celebration even more memorable. Isabel was equally wonderful during checkout, sending us off with the same kindness and hospitality we experienced from the beginning.

The hotel itself was exactly what we were hoping for. Our suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, the pool was beautiful, and the food and drinks were excellent. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a 3-minute walk across the street to the beach, making it incredibly easy to go back and forth with two young children.

It's clear that this hotel has built a culture of exceptional hospitality, and it starts with leadership. Every interaction felt genuine, not transactional, and that made all the difference.

Good facilities and close to the beach.

It was so close to the beach, the staff was amazing, and breakfast was really good every morning. Not just the bagels and pastries actually eggs meats and waffles. We will be there every year.

We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites Clearwater. The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around the area. Everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the valet parking team and the front desk staff, who made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived.

Our room was very clean, and we especially want to recognize Isael and Felipe for their excellent housekeeping service. They were attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay.

The pool water was warm, which wasn’t ideal because of the hot weather, but it wasn’t a major issue and we still enjoyed it.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. One suggestion would be to add bacon, which would make it even better.

Finally, Isael and Felipe were also very kind and accommodating with our checkout needs, and we really appreciated their willingness to help.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We recently changed hotels and we are so glad we did. We love the hotel from the minute we got there Rodrigo was so accommodating. We were greeted with smiles and professionalism from July 2nd to the 5th. The room.was amazing Rodrigo gave us a 7th floor balcony room that was beautiful with an amazing view!! We have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay. By the way the breakfast every morning was delicious and well prepared. We can't wait to come back next year!! Thank you for everything.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, pool area was clean and loved that there were towels for the pool as well as the beach.
