Pool-area was very nice and the Guyana att the bar was very nice. Perfect location.
The breakfast-area was very loud and crowded. The glutenfree bread was ok, but impossible to toast without contamination. We missed vegetables at the buffet. Hard to communicate with some of the staff who only spoke spanish.
We were very dissapointed that the room had no balcony.

The elevators have a mind of their own and was told by front desk staff over the phone that housekeeping only comes every other day, requested towels and never got them!

Unsafe room- broken bathroom door, my daughter was trapped in the bathroom. Also leak through the light of the shower from the room above. This happened twice, once at 10pm and then again at midnight. Nothing was done to fix this. The electricity was not isolated and we were left without a bathroom light. Luckily this was our last night. The noise of the pouring water also kept us awake.
The phone in the room also did not work meaning we could not ring for help with any of the issues. Having to get out of bed, get dressed and go back down in a lift to reception at midnight was not ideal!!
Our room faced out on the main road and it was noisy with traffic and music from neighbouring bars. This is something to note if you are away with children and go to bed earlier.
Gloria at the front desk was amazing even before we arrived she helped us! Matt at the valet stand was also extremely accommodating and helpful! So far, the staff has been very kind, courteous and helpful.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach exceeded every expectation and was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had as a family.
We traveled to Clearwater Beach to celebrate our daughters' birthdays, and from the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. Felipe greeted us with such warmth during check-in, setting the tone for our entire stay. Throughout our visit, Jose, the supervisor, was incredibly intentional and personable. Despite everything he had going on, he always took a moment to say hello, check on our family, and make us feel valued. As a special surprise, he even gifted our birthday girls, which meant so much to us and made their celebration even more memorable. Isabel was equally wonderful during checkout, sending us off with the same kindness and hospitality we experienced from the beginning.
The hotel itself was exactly what we were hoping for. Our suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, the pool was beautiful, and the food and drinks were excellent. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a 3-minute walk across the street to the beach, making it incredibly easy to go back and forth with two young children.
It's clear that this hotel has built a culture of exceptional hospitality, and it starts with leadership. Every interaction felt genuine, not transactional, and that made all the difference.
