La recogida del aeropuerto al Hotel era muy conveniente, y el desayuno no estaba mal
No suelo poner reseñas pero está vez es justo y necesario.
Las habitaciones son antiguas, mucha humedad notoria, la piscina no la utilizamos porque está sucia ya que está abierta al público de la calle, y los huéspedes tienen que lidiar con ello. La recepción es muy amable pero no me solucionó un par de cosas puntuales, a excepción de las chicas si me dieron una solución el último día.
El hotel en general está descuidado, no se ve atractivo
La atención de la Srta del desayuno,calida,amable y cordial y la vista del rooftop.

En realidad era muy diferente a lo de las fotos, no suelo comentar, sin embargo quiero que puedan tomar en cuenta para mejorar como empresa.
El olor que tenía las habitaciones era de humedad
Se notaba que falta mantenimiento.
No se notaba tan higiénico y a las justas pude dormir una noche. Es una edificación grande y el diseño de piscina arriba es excelente, solo que pueden mejorar y mucho.
Más parecía un hostal de paso y no un hotel
Nada, la experiencia muy mala, el techo del baño goteaba, la comida 0/10
No me gustó nada, su aire acondicionado ni enfría, la experiencia para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas fue lo peor desde el cuarto, la comida, la estancia todo de verdad, no volvería, fue mi peor experiencia
