Pros:

I hated being charged for cleaning fee of 200 dollars. I was falsely accused of smoking cigarettes in the room, blood stains in the room and breaking the sofa bed, I had to come back to the hotel physically and I was told it is a different room not mine. This is absolutely terrible and leaves a bad taste in my mouth and experience. I am still yet to be refunded my 200 dollars cleaning fees and I have called my Bank to dispute that charge but its false.

Overall, very pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Everything was clean and the blackout curtains were great. They blocked out every bit of light.

Cons:

The housekeepers were knocking on peoples doors at 10am but our check out time was not until 12am.

Pros:

During my stay, there was no shampoo in my room. I went to the front desk to report the issue, and I also called the front desk three separate times. Each time, I was told that someone would bring shampoo to my room, but it was never delivered. As a result, I was left without shampoo for the duration of my stay, which was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Nice is hotel near everything you need within the DMV. Front desk staff is extremely helpful. Plenty of good restaurants in and near the hotel.

When in the area I will stay here each time.

The rooms were spacious and modern with great views! There are several restaurants at the hotel giving you a variety of options to choose from without having to leave. The Iron Rooster was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful!
