My stay was great other than the parking charge.
Pros:

Cons:

I didn't like that I was charged for two nights of parting when I specified that I only need the one night even though I am staying for two nights. I told the front desk guy that I will move my car to UMD lot 1c for my son's orientation and will leave it there for the second night thus will not need to use the HOTEL's parking garage. He assured me that I will be charged for only one night, but yet I am charged for both nights. now I have to wait for the refund to come through.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice the room, the hallway, the pool area the gym everything was clean. It’s very secure. You need a key card to access anywhere in the building you would like to go.

Cons:

Although there is restaurants for you to eat, they should include complementary breakfast. The price you pay parking should not have to come out of your security deposit.

2 star hotel in a 4 star suit
Pros:

The trip between the parking deck and the room elevators is a little ridiculous, especially when the floor that connects them is closed off for a private event. Several minor but annoying maintenance issues (towels were threadbare, one washcloth had holes, shower door wouldn't close completely, the hose connection was spraying water, coffee maker was loud and wouldn't brew a whole cup, room temp wouldn't get below 74) and a few basic missing amenities (there was a TV but no cable/ satellite/ streaming - only casting from another device; there was a "cooler" but not a fridge, no continental breakfast)

Great location for a UMD visit.
Pros:

The Hotel was very modern and had a bunch of cool tech features both inside and outside of the room. Also, the beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Also, we were there to tour the University of Maryland, and it was a very convenient hotel to stay at, as the tours started from The Hotel.

Cons:

We stayed there during a heat wave and the room never got below 73 degrees, which was comfortable, but we like to sleep a little cooler (68 degrees). Also, in our room we had two adults and two older teens who were with us. They only provided us three sets of towels.
