Girls getaway
Pros:

Booked the accommodation for the location to public transport and the shops. Was not disappointed with any aspect of the accommodation, checkin or checkout process. Great to be so close to all amenities. Only disappointed in the weather but this meant we got to relax more.

Would have scored very high if not for my lost property
Pros:

Clean and well presented o would recommend it and stay again.

Cons:

The fact that my lost property never turned up. Disappointed that house keeping are black careless with peoples lost property. My 8 year old granddaughter is devastated about leaving her things in the safe and bedside draw

Pros:

Great location and easy to get to. Parking available on site is a plus. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft for me and every time one of us moved the other got rolled around! The Garbage shoot left an unpleasant smell in the passage way.

Great hotel for a Gold Coast holiday!

Pros:

Awe loved the sunny private position and view of the surrounds
the location was excellent for our stay

Cons:

the Hallway smelled so bad it was unbearable . I mentioned this to reception. We wouldn't stay again for that reason as we had to close our nose while we entered or exited the lift

Pros:

The Avani was an excellent stay both in service and location. Highly recommended. One suggestion would be a variance of pillows for anyone with a tricky neck.

Good - but would be better if we could just switch on the TV and it worked straight away!!!!!
Pros:

I have stayed it here many times. The location is great - so handy for both business trips and short holidays.

Cons:

The TV is always a problem - has been every time I have stayed here. Had to get the technician to come and work it out for me. Always the same. Suggested he make some changes to the instructions. But was beyond his control.
