Nice enough, but would consider other places within area.
Pros:

Location was good, central to Fortitude Valley.
Rooms were well enough equipped.
Valet parking was helpful.
The Bedrooms were nice & dark.
Heated pool was nice.

Cons:

$300 hold on credit card for security deposit took 5 business days to reverse process after check out.
Couch was uncomfortable to sit on for more than 10 minutes.
Mattress was too soft (Personal preference).
Room temperature fluctuated through out the night disturbing sleep.
Cost of Valet Parking, when already paying a decent amount for a room.
Hours pool is available is limited.
Multiple access control systems and fobs for different doors.
Extra charge of $50 for an hour later check out is ridiculous.

We really enjoyed our time here. So close to everything we needed . The train system is Amazing .
Pros:

Very convenient to train , food stalls , restaurants and groceries .

A little confusing to find outside areas but once you know you know 😁

Room is nothing like to photos, no view as advertised, Tv didn’t work, No hot water

I now know not to stay there again.

Cons:

The room booked says Mount Ian views, with photos of a large 5star room with floor to ceiling windows. The room actually is small with small window with a view of a building next door. Nothing like the photo in the booking screen.
Welcome email says parking is $45, metro is $30,
Reciption charges $55 for parking and the metro charges $40.
Reciption says valet parking is fully insured and the valet parking form to sign says no insurance no responsibility on the vehicle.
No hot water
Tv didn’t work
Credit card fee when paying, they do not accept cash.
