Gorgeous Pools
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, big room with an office additional to the kitchen. And lounge with balcony. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing.

Cons:

Trying to speak with reception by phone was impossible, was trying to schedule valet and the private spa but no answer the whole day prior. Coffee machine in lobby had no water or milk for the morning

The rooftops.

Cons:

The fact that there was a blockage with the shower i reported. We come back to the room thinking it was done 4 hours later and nope called reception and they said someone already fixed. But then they send up the maintenance guy he said they never came and this is the first they've heard of the problem.

Elevators were absolutely shit. We waited 15 mins for the elevator. And there were no aircons in the walk way it was bloody hot
