Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Professional staff, clean rooms, big rooms. Will recommend highly.

Cons:

Flooding from clogged drains in front road way, very sour water smell from the clogged storm drains.

Location is perfect as your base of going around Manila, also just opposite to the USEM if that’s your goal. I will definitely recommend to others and will for sure stay again.
