Nice stay, will return
Pros:

The staff was very polite and friendly and super nice. They made the difference. The owner was always available and everyone was smiling and willing to help. Congrats on a great team!

Cons:

The part where you had to ask to clean the room. Couldn’t it just be every 3-4 days unless requested otherwise? Also no place to hang the towel - a little upkeep makes a huge difference.

Am meisten hat mich der Service begeistert! Das Personal war nicht nur nett, sondern wusste auch am Abreisetag meinen Namen und war zu jeder Zeit gut gelaunt. Ich hatte mich erkundigt, ob es neue und alte Zimmer gäbe, da die Fotos ganz anders aussehen. Mein Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht, sodass ich mich wohlfühlen konnte, ein renoviertes Zimmer hatte und die Ruhe zum Innenhof. Es hat was entspannendes und heimeliges, wenn man das Gefühl bekommt willkommen zu sein und das war hier der Fall.

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit hat mit im Bad gefehlt, einen Seifenspender bzw. in der Dusche eine Ablage.

Ansonsten war es durch rennende Kinder im Flur hellhörig. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts und die Kids ja nicht immer da.

Older hotel, but nice enough
Pros:

Ease of access to main train lines, including the Hauptbanhof, comfortable bed, decent size room, staff were friendly & accommodating.

Cons:

I had a unit which faced the main road. As a light sleeper, the noise from people talking and randomly shouting until after 3am made it difficult to sleep with the window open, which was necessary to do as there's no A/C and it was quite warm throughout my stay - over 27C.
The hotel has also permanently disabled the fridges in the rooms (even though the info states there is one available), so I had to ask if they had a spare. Luckily, there was a tiny portable they had that I was able to use. Also, the shower had a very narrow entrance. Anyone who is bigger sized will have difficulty getting into it
